Hotel and staff both are good and helpful. Specially the chef and restaurant

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and because we had to stay just for a few hours to catch a morning flight. All that we expected was a clean room, with a comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom, since we were returning from a trek in Himachal. And they fell short even on these basic expectations. I get that this is a no-frills, budget hotel, but this particular property does not even satisfy the basic minimum requirements of a budget hotel. I find it difficult to believe this is a Tata brand. Cons: 1) Poorly maintained facility - Water coming out of shower stalls, clogged drain, stench in room. 2) Terrible housekeeping - stained blankets and bedsheets, dirty bathrooms, dirty floor, unclean window panes. 3) No towels, hand towels, or amenities placed in bathroom, had to wait 45 minutes for towels after calling front desk. The hand towels never arrived. 4) Flies (!) in the room and the dining area. 5) Light in shower stall not working Though the maintenance person replaced the light and we received amenities after a few calls to reception, this should be checked and verified before a guest checks in, and not after the guest complains. Pros: 1) Courteous reception staff, though they visibly struggle with everything from check-in to attending client calls. 2) The food is the only redeeming factor 3) Proximity to the airport

We stayed for 9 Days and had a super experience in terms of service and behaviour. The food over here is awsome must try!! The stay supported us with an amazing breakfast ***** with a neat and hygienic environment to work and stay. Once you are near Chandigarh you must try this Ginger Zirakpur

Great hospitality , good food, nice cleaning.Room service was also very good and specially Mr Subhas is a gem of this hotel. He is very humble and generous to all customers. All other staffs also curtiouse. Location is also good but the approach road is not as per expectation.

Pooja Esha anshuman on the helpdesk are really helpful and the staff on the floor always be there for you i stayed there for almost 10 days I never faced any issue with the staff it is very convenient to reach to the hotel and they have really nice restaurant

Affordable business class hotel in Zirakpur. Rooms were clean, well maintained and provisioned with air conditioning and a large screen TV. All the water fixtures in the restroom/bathroom have on demand hot water with good pressure. Breakfast was included as part of the package and is a buffet that comes with a variety of different cuisines ( south Indian/north Indian/continental). Dinner buffet is also available. Gym, bar and a lounge are part of included facilities. Elevator has additional security where swiping the room key is necessary to go to the floor. All in all, a good experience in ways more than one. The only small call out is that the food taste varied from good to mid based on the dish
