"My stay was excellent! I loved the hotel's location—it was near many shopping areas and had plenty of food options around. I had both lunch and dinner at the hotel, and the food was amazing. The service provided by the staff, from the restaurant to the top management, was outstanding. The receptionist also did a great job, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Overall, I loved my stay here. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip!"

Affordable business class hotel in Zirakpur. Rooms were clean, well maintained and provisioned with air conditioning and a large screen TV. All the water fixtures in the restroom/bathroom have on demand hot water with good pressure. Breakfast was included as part of the package and is a buffet that comes with a variety of different cuisines ( south Indian/north Indian/continental). Dinner buffet is also available. Gym, bar and a lounge are part of included facilities. Elevator has additional security where swiping the room key is necessary to go to the floor. All in all, a good experience in ways more than one. The only small call out is that the food taste varied from good to mid based on the dish

Very good services staff is so helpful and work towards customer service Food and ambience is also very good. Had a 15 day stay and all the staff including the security person and housekeeping were found to be working so hard towards customer service

Pros: 1. Checked in late into the night, check-in was smooth 2. Breakfast buffet was okay. 3. staff were nice 4. They tried to eliminate flies and mosquito with sprays, but it was a lost cause Cons: 1. Dirty sofa in the room 2. Torn pillows n spreads 3. Stench in the bathroom. Unbearable. Since we were there for less than 6 hrs, we didn't ask a room change. 4. Shower cubicle clogs water. Doesn't drain well. 5. All sofas on the buffet area were unclean with food particles. 6. Lot of flies 7. Even one of the lift had terrible smell!! Don't think I will come back again.

The food is really Indian type, the attention is very good, ask for Sagar, and one thing that is maybe a little short of is the cleaning. Is very well located, near some good outlet stores and places to go eat.The dinner and breakfast are buffet and are plenty, you must try the chapaty bread
