We stayed at Koh Mueangkarn Paradise View Resort for one night. The raft hotel experience is quite common in this area. The property is a little run down. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was extremely small and walls seemed paper thin. There is no kettle in the room. There is a minibar. The shower is part of the toilette space. Dinner was good and the evening ambience on the raft dining are was really nice. Breakfast was ok. Next time I would look for a separate (larger) raft bungalow. (Not one where all rooms are connected)

Il est vrai que l’endroit est pittoresque mais je ne sais pas si c’est dû au COVID mais le service n’est pas terrible et comme vous êtes éloigné de tout, vous n’avez pas de choix. Nous avions rarement un sourire, on nous avait annoncé un buffet thaï, finalement on vous sert un menu fixe. On nous sert de l’eau sans verre, de la bière sans verre, de la soupe sans bol… Ensuite à chaque fois qu’il fallait expliquer ce que nous avions besoin, c’était compliqué (problème de langue). A la fin du repas nous avons demandé du café et la réponse a été négative en mentionnant que la bouilloire était pour le petit-déjeuner! Pourtant une employée s’est servie juste avant de quitter son service. Petit déjeuner : très léger. Nous sommes repartis un peu déçu car l’endroit promettait d’être tellement bien…
