We visited St Agnes at new year and walked down to Trevaunance Cove. We had a nice lunch at the hotel, service was good, staff were helpful and we enjoyed our sandwiches. Doubtless we will visit again and this would be a good place to go back to for lunch.

Poor customer service today where the young lady didn’t even acknowledge us let alone offer any service. We stood at the bar and had to ask who we needed to speak with to place an order. Venue is warm and welcoming, however, shame about the staff.

Beautiful Hotel, under new management. Lovely family fun hotel. We ate here several times as a family. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The food is yummy. The village is beautiful and the cove beach called Travaunance is probably one of my favorite places in the world.

Called in for breakfast, excellent Full Cornish with a large espresso, just the ticket! Dog friendly and a nice vibe to the place. St Agnes Hotel really does feel like the centre of village life, opposite the church, a vibrant bar and a list of events, music nights etc

What an amazing place to stay! A 10minute walk from the beach, set in a lovely village, opposite a church.. from the moment we walked in we felt welcome, ALL the staff and owners were extremely welcoming and helpful.. our room was beautiful and called church view which didn’t disappoint.. breakfast was included and was DELICIOUS! We also had a dinner which was also delicious.. the bar/pub had a nice friendly atmosphere and was busy every night but you couldn’t hear any noise from the rooms.. a nice decking area out the back for when the sun decides to come out.. I would definitely return!

Went here for a family meal.. Wow!!! The food was amazing, massive portions, cooked fresh and absolutely delicious! Really reasonably priced as well, with a choice of one main meal and two sides for only £15 each. We will definitely be back!!

We went for a family dinner for a birthday. The bar/ dining area was clean and tidy, It was a set Sunday lunch menu, however the food was extremely poor.My wife had the beef that she said she needed a steak knife to cut, I had pork which was mostly fat but the little bit of pork was also very tough. The potatoes had a strange texture but at least they were Luke warm unlike all the other vegetables which were cold and the “cauliflower cheese” if that is what it was, looked like it had been microwaved for about 3 hours then left to go cold. The Yorkshire pudding was harder than the pork crackling . Didn’t want to make a fuss as there were quite a few of us, but had it just been myself and my wife I would have complained and definitely not paid for it, very very disappointing, we live quite close but will definitely not be going back

Beautiful hotel in a stunning village location. Dog friendly, spacious and well decorated room with an amazing mattress. Staff were super friendly, food and drink was excellent and value for money. Own cat park at rear is a bonus. Thank you so much for a great time.

Award winning cheesey chips 😍 I’m telling you… these are the best cheesey chips we have ever had and we order them in pubs everywhere we go. This sounds dramatic but truly they are the best! You have to order them if you come here! We also had a Brie and bacon panini which was delicious. The coleslaw was freshly made along with a fresh side salad. The are super friendly, great selection of drinks and beers. They are also dog friendly and have an amazing outside area which is an absolute sun trap. This pub is overflowing with people everytime we pass, you can tell this is a great local. We will be back! Walkability: Right in the centre of town and short walk to the beach Food & drinks: Great food and drinks.
