Bathroom had mold Refrigerator was leaking water. Staff was courteous and helpful and responded quickly but the next day it leaked again Rooms need a refresh.

The bathroom too small . No toilet tissue holder and the bathroom is facing the sleeping area. I liked that it was no carpet and the floors was the vinyl planks.

And one man tried to run me over and his vehicle and ordered me to stay in my room and not come out all because I took my trash out because the staff does nothing. They don’t clean your room until you leave even if it’s two weeks from now doesn’t matter They were doing laundry in the dining hall. I was getting threatened. I’d grab my purse and I left for the day other patrons here one woman was trespassed because she forgot her key in the room and her husband was out and they wouldn’t give her a key she approved. She was not on the reservation even though she’s been there for days with her husband, man and wife. She was just passed by this one manager they keep them at night so he doesn’t have to deal with Pat but now he physically in his right car hopped in and almost hit me who orders a customer into the room. He had the police down jelly now I see their advertising I paid for a room that I did not get they would not move me to the room that I did pay for they had me in the cheaper room, which was flooded and unsafe side. I did not feel safe at all. I don’t know what kind of management is running that but they’re not doing a very good job and they should not yell at clients and the customers that we pay to stay there. I’m very dissatisfied and I’ll be online with others that have given them terrible reviews. We should not be mistreated like this without us. They don’t have jobs where the customer. I wish a lot of money there. I will never go back there again. That is final.

This hotel is clean and the staff was great. This property is right across the street from the beach, plenty of sights to see and restaurants are within walking distance. The room was definitely a bargain too!

Dulutty rude and very uncomfortable friendly . Awful service roaches in room beds dirty all in all horrible stay then they kept the deposit after I cleaned the room before I left of all trash as I'm a cleaning company my self absolutely awful experience
