La Plage d'Argens

Avoid this place at all costs! Our stay was a huge disappointment. The mobile home was filthy—clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months, as the photos show. One of the doors was broken and couldn’t close properly. The so-called ‘entertainment program’ was just loud music and shouting that went on well past midnight, making it impossible to get any rest. We had originally booked for 12 nights but left after just one. Choosing to stay here was the worst decision of our vacation.

Great holiday for the 9th time at La Plage 'd Argens, can recommend this site for a great safe holiday.. staff great and helpful, site clean and safe..will defo be going back next year..( can't wait!)

Avoid if you would like to have peaceful sleep!! People screaming,loud music up to 4-5am in the morning. It could be nice site as staff are really friendly,most of them can understand and speak English. Nice evening entertainment,lovely swimming pool, watter slide. 15min walk to the lovely beach,in good location That's the site for you if you don't mind to have sleepless nights.. that's only the reason cant give all 5 stars. Spent 7 nights with the family and no quiet times at nights at all.

We had a lovely 2 weeks in La Plage d’Argens, St Aygulf. It was very hot but we were glad of the Palm tree giving shade to our mobile home. It was a bit of a trek to the beach as we were told not to go through the Naturist beach. But it was well worth it to enjoy swimming in the Mediterranean. The campsite itself had a marvellous pool open from 9am to 8pm. Bar and restaurant were fabulous. Shop was suffice and there were supermarkets close by anyway. The big downside was the Wi-Fi. We paid for it but the signal was so poor at times that we had to go to reception to get it. Communication (in the sense that they didn’t speak English very well) wasn’t great in reception so we didn’t feel we could check if this was the norm and that maybe our mobile home was too far away to get a decent signal. Other than that we had a wonderful time and would definitely go back! Thank you Canvas Holidays for arranging it all. We definitely missed a Canvas Rep on-site.

nice static vans with decking and outside dining, next to the estuary and lovely beach. facilities are 5 star and the place feels like 5 star. the other guests were very respectful and it definately attracts a better class of camper! we were worried as this is our first camping style trip but were pleasantly surprised with how nice the French are and how civilised the whole experience was. we loved it and will be doing it again next year.

Très agréable séjour , on y retournera sans doute l'an prochain . Le mobil home était juste pour nous deux et notre petit chien. Propre, assez pratique . Prévoir plutôt un 4 places même si vous n'êtes q 2 , pour avoir un espace de rangement bagages.
