LLety Cynin

We had our wedding at Llety Cynin in April 2025 and honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We first met the team at a wedding fayre in Llanelli back in November 2023 and were really impressed. A week later, Jaz gave us a lovely tour of the venue and took the time to walk us through all the options available. The quote came back within the budget we’d hoped for, and it was an easy decision to book. From the moment we confirmed, both Jaz and Gwawr were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond when we had questions or needed to talk through plans. They really took the time to understand what we wanted and made the whole process feel easy and personal. We had a small wedding with around 40 guests, and everyone had a great time. The setting in the Carmarthenshire countryside is beautiful and peaceful, and the fact that we had exclusive use of the venue made it feel extra special. Most of our guests stayed overnight, and it was lovely to have everyone together in one place. The food deserves a special mention—it was consistently brilliant. We’ve eaten at Llety Cynin before and knew it would be good, and they didn’t disappoint on the day. All our guests commented on how tasty everything was. The staff were amazing throughout—professional, relaxed, and always on hand without ever being intrusive. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day itself, which let us really enjoy the moment. If you’re looking for a venue with great food, lovely people, and a peaceful countryside setting, we’d definitely recommend giving Llety Cynin a look. It was everything we hoped for, and more.

Food was great, drinks very good, layout lovely. Very nice Lady on Reception who was helpful and welcoming. Another staff member was quite off-putting. Pool was peaceful and great size- tranquil colour blue! Jacuzzi and sauna was good. Rooms spotless. Overall happy with the experience. I’d say needs a bit of TLC, as some parts were a bit in need of a spruce up. But overall would recommend. Fun that it appeared to be on a working farm- watched the sheep. Had a wander around the play area, which looked to be fantastic at some point but it’s been left to decline- would be such a great addition to bring this back up to scratch. Great find!

I stayed here recently with my partner. The room was absolutely spotless!! We had a room with a king size bed and I must say it was the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in! We both had a great night sleep. Lovely farm surroundings and such a peaceful & relaxing place. Food was absolutely outstanding and the service was great!! Would definitely recommend this place!!

Unplanned evening meal at Llety Cynin which was stunning!! Been here lots of times before and as always the food and service was excellent!!! Looking forward to attend the next tribute event at the end of April to see J’Adele!! Thanks for a lovely evening

Our family of 12 had the evening super menu which was really good, everyone enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere of the restaurant. Will definitely be using the restaurant again. Very friendly staff. We pre booked our meals which worked well, recommend the shoulder of lamb.

I took my Mother (& Father) out for the Mothers Day Sunday dinner at Llety Cynin as my wife and I have stayed here several times. The staff as ever were courteous, & welcoming and very helpful. The event room where we had our meal like the rest of the building was spotlessly clean. The Cleanliness of the utensils and plates etc was also perfectly clean. The Food was outstanding and the portions were exactly right. Attention to detail, quality, and presentation of the servings has always been outstanding each time we've visited. We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere and the live singer was a bonus. just a nice pleasant volume in the background. In the past we have stayed here and used the the pool and facilities. Clean, tidy, attention to detail is what i love. (I really loved the welsh cakes in the room on arrival!) We keep going back for the different events or sometimes just for a coffee as its so calm and pleasant. The staff are wonderful. Thank you again for a great experience. We'll see you again soon.
