Definitely a 5, amazing hospitality, Howard and Andy made us feel at home and nothing was too much. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great even for a hearty eater. We enjoyed watching the rugby and the bar area is good. Definitely will visit again.

Great location for the town centre. The hotel was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and well decorated. Location was close to the cathedral where we attended the coral evensong. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked. Plenty of parking. Goo value for money.

A really comfortable room, very spacious. Breakfast when served by the young lad was perfect, his customer service was excellent! Lacking on the 2nd morning as the server was talking about worming sheep as we were eating breakfast, yuck!. The guests at the opposite table continued

What a fabulous homely friendly place this is, nothing is too much trouble and everything they do for you is so obviously done through care and kindness. We stay in hotels on a monthly basis around the UK and we have found that the ones with all the posh fittings and high tech check ins are generally clinical with no character or personality and the staff are clearly there just for the hourly wage. The City Inn is like staying with friends that just want you to have the best stay possible, interested in your plans and provide so much help and advice. I would rather stay with friends any day and will make this hotel my first choice when work or holiday brings me back to North Pembrokeshire.

A group of nine of us stayed in seven rooms for four nights B&B in June 2024. All of us thought the hotel was excellent, the rooms were very clean and tidy and all thought the beds were very comfortable. Staff were excellent, particularly Aaron who greeted us each morning, and took nine different breakfast orders, he was professional, friendly and very good at his job, he is an asset to the hotel. All our party thought the breakfasts were very good. Good portion sizes, quality and excellently cooked and served. We have no hesitation in recommending The City Inn. Keep up the good work and thank you all. Looking forward to our next visit to The City Inn.

The hotel was okay. The stairs are not suitable for elderly people. The room was big with a great view. The bathroom was with mould and it took a long time to get warm water in the shower. The breakfast was okay and the young waiter very friendly.

Stayed at this site whilst walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. The room was were allocated was very spacious. Lovely and clean facilities. Nice and quiet. The lady serving the breakfast was very polite and helpful too. Highly recommended

Really good room very clean. Beds were comfortable pillows very good ..bathroom and facilities first class. Breakfast second to none. Everything you could have wanted..Will definitely be booking again in the summer.ive known Howard the owner for many years. A great guy...
