I was a bit desapointed, the room was not prepared and no blanket for the second bed. I had to request it then i got a dirty one. I had to go back to the reception to have a new clean one.

As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum for Life member, I’ve had the pleasure of staying at numerous Marriott properties, from Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis to Moxy and Four Points. Unfortunately, this hotel stands out for all the wrong reasons—it is by far the worst experience I’ve had across the entire brand. In my brief 12-hour stay, I encountered an astounding number of issues. First and foremost, if you don't speak French, I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. The majority of the staff either don’t speak English or, worse yet, the few who do were rude and dismissive. It was incredibly frustrating. Here’s a quick rundown of my experience: I was initially given the wrong room upon check-in. I was asked to pay for breakfast, even though it was included in my booking. When I inquired about a power adapter, I was assured one was available. However, after going to the lobby, I was told they had none—only to witness another guest being handed one. I was charged for something I never purchased. On four separate occasions, I was told by staff, “Sorry, I do not speak English." I complained to the staff (the few that understood English) and the hotel manager about my problems, but they didn't see bothered with it as well and just wanted me to leave as soon as possible. As someone who loves Marriott, this was an incredibly disappointing stay. I urge others to look elsewhere—even a hostel would be a better choice.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit special. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, every interaction was handled with care and professionalism. They were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. Special thanks to (Djitab, Gean, Joel) for the exceptional customer service.

We stayed for two night’s, hotel was clean and the staffs were nice specially thanks to “Caetano Azevedo” when we checked out early morning the restaurant was busy. he run to the counter to help us. And more importantly they speak very good English, bcz this is not the first time for me in Paris. See you 🔜

Recently stayed 3 nights. Hotel staff was great and room clean. Hotel was full but never felt crowded except mornings. Area around the hotel feels like an African country not France. Subway is near and takes about 40 minutes to get downtown. Would stay again.

I recently had the worst experience ever at the Courtyard Marriott Paris Saint Denis. I strongly advise against booking here. I encountered the most unprofessional front desk agent, Nagy. At 10:30 PM, I requested two toothbrushes, water, and slippers through the Bonvoy app. I followed up at 11:30 PM and was told water was available but not slippers, which I accepted. Despite further follow-ups at 12:00 AM and 12:45 AM, I received no response. Being pregnant and extremely thirsty, I eventually had to order water through UberEats, which arrived at 1:15 AM, forcing me to go down to the lobby. There, I met Nagy, who turned out to be the one handling my chat requests. When I suggested he should inform guests if their requests can't be met, he raised his voice and stated I had only paid 150 euros and that water was not included. When I pointed out he had confirmed water was available but not slippers, he calmed down briefly before raising his voice again, insinuating that the service should match the payment. Despite staying at many Marriott hotels, this is the first time I’ve experienced such terrible service. It’s not about how much you pay but the commitment to service that was promised. Nagy is completely unfit for his position. Avoid HIM at all costs.
