Best Western St. Francisville Hotel

Nice location across from the Francis southern table. A great place to eat just a tad pricey The room was nice and great beds nice pillows quiet. Felt the price was fair $131 a night. Staff could have been a smidgen friendlier. It’s hard to get in and out of not big truck friendly. Overall one of the best places to stay in St. Francisville for the 💰

No hot water 1st night & terrible attitude on the part of the staff. Have stay there a few times over the past year and the service and quality decline with each visit. We’ll be staying somewhere else in the future.

Hotel management, specifically Desmond, is unprofessional, rude, and unintelligent. We were disturbed at 1 am by a phone call from the desk. The caller, later identified as Desmond, questioned who assigned us the room, what company we were with, and asked if we could move rooms. When my husband went down to the front desk, Desmond indicated that he was calling the room to see if the room was occupied. Then, he indicated we were supposed to be assigned another room. Then he lied and said that he was asking the person in front of him at that time if they could move. However, this isn't a Hilton where you can choose your room assignment in advance, so he absolutely lied. The final insult was only offering a discount for our inconvenience. Never in all of my 20+ years of staying in hotels have I ever experienced such idiocy. Unfortunately,, after this being our hotel of choice when we've visited our mother for the last eight years, we will never stay here again.

4/23 First off I had a crazy question for Rp and lady getting off her shift I forgot her name started with. V. Went in with an emergency need a clean room to change into a bridal gown. We drove two hours to take bridal pictures and the PICTURES place we went the bathroom was flooded and feces had been in the toilet. The place needed help. But lucky we stop at this Best Western and they hooked us up with a room to change in!!! Best customer service. There are still nice and kind people around. Thank you again

We were only traveling through the area and needed a hotel for one night. This hotel is conveniently located on RT 61. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room and bathroom were big. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I always stay at this location while working in Saint Francisville. The staff is very friendly. The only complaint is not getting recognized an elite member or giving any perks. The breakfast is outdated and needs some changes, the yogurt was out of date and they serve the same thing every day other than changing meat choices . It is good but needs not to be the same thing everyday.

The room was cle3an and the staff attentive. The television was not available because of lack of cable service. We used a HDMI cable to connect from a laptop. But it was inconvenient to travel to next town to get a cable.

Hotel is in desperate need of some updating. TV was small & cracked. Cable went out for 2 of the 3 day stay. Which made it miserable when you were inside your room. The room was spacious. Beautiful town, but they definitely need more hotel options.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and bed very comfortable, breakfast was plentiful and a large selection of different food items were offered and the girl at the desk at night was very nice going out of her way to give my granddaughter some milk for bedtime
