Our first time at Feline Blanche and it did not disappoint. We went with friends who had stayed here previously. This Boutique Hotel is very quirky and well located in the centre of town. We booked a Mountain View room - well worth it as you get to see the panoramic view whilst lying in bed. Great for a ski trip as there is a ski room and warm locker to store boots overnight. The host, Anne-Cecile is lovely and her staff look after guests very well. We will definitely look for a return trip in the future

Our 5th holiday to this little gem of a hotel. Situated right in the centre of town,beautifully clean and a little quirky The staff are so friendly and accomadating and the breakfast was delicious and varied and always fresh and very hot We will be back

La Feline Blanche is a quiet, traditional, cosy and very homely hotel. Anne- Cecile and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. The room was spacious, with lovely decor and the beds were the comfiest I've ever slept in. Will be returning at our earliest opportunity.

Lovely small hotel in the centre of saint gervais. Staff couldn’t be more helpful or pleasent. Location is great for the bus to gondola or 10 mins walk Lovely breakfast and great for those who like the different types of tea they offer. A great place to stay.

The place is very cute. It’s clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We would definitely go back to it next time we are near St Gervais. The owner, staff, and cat are very friendly. Rooms are nicely decorated.

We had a v good stay in this nice *** hotel. The hotel is centrally located. We stayed with 2 other couples in 3 double rooms. Rooms are excellent, they serve a wonderful breakfast and owners are friendly and helpful. I'll happily stay again!

Just had 4 nights here, very nice and clean and situated perfectly for both the skiing and the village amenities. However, disappointed with the room, found the curtain divider for the toilet a little off putting. Whilst the bed was “straightened “ each day, there was no top up of soap/coffee/milk to your room. I’m also pleased that we were on the first floor as I wouldn’t have enjoyed lugging everything much further. Thought the owners would have been a little more engaging than just a “Bonjour “ each meeting. Having stayed previously here in other hotels in the resort , found it massively over priced compared to others.

This is the second time, I have stayed here. It’s in a fantastic position, right in the centre of town. Only 50m from the shuttle stop or a 8/10 min walk to the lift. The town car park ( free) is only 100m away. The current owners are a wonderful family and Anne could not do enough for us, she booked all our restaurants. I have been to the resort 6 times this is excellent value and I will stay again.

A danish family of three generations enjoyed visiting the family-run boutique hotel with beautiful atmosphere and excellent service. We enjoyed the comfortable, quiet and spacious rooms with a good nights sleep, The large lobby and library was nice for a healthy breakfast and after-ski tea party. Interior decoration was in elegant country style with wooden walls and white linen curtains. All members of our family felt at home and enjoyed the informal and efficient care of our hosts Anne-Cécile and Pierre. We left full of praise and booked rooms for our ski vacation next year.

L’hôtel la Félin Blanche a Saint Gervais est un hôtel de charme! Petit par sa taille, mais rempli d’authenticité. Nous l’adorons, nous y faisons une halte régulièrement. Anne Cécile prend soin de ses clients, toujours là pour conseiller, pour donner des conseils, présentent pour servir le petit dej, petit dej avec des gâteaux maisons, un jus d’orange pressé frais, que des bonnes choses! Les chambres, spacieuses décorées avec goût, petit balcon sur la montagne. L’emplacement au milieu de Saint Gervais permet de goûter les nombreux restaurants du village. A 2 pas des thermes avec le nouvel ascenseur

Charmant hôtel très bien placé au coeur du village authentique de St Gervais. Très bon accueil, bon petit déjeuner, chambre agréable, bonne literie, rien ne nous a manqué. Nous avons apprécié le parking public couvert et gratuit , tout près de l'hôtel.

Petite pause café en famille, avec un bébé en bas âge. Accueil très chaleureux et sans nul doute très compréhensif au vu de petits déboires avec un bébé de 2 ans. Nous vous remercions pour ce bref mais très bon moment pour une pause au cœur de Saint Gervais !

Hôtel parfaitement situé en plein cœur de Saint Gervais. Ambiance familiale sans « chi chi ». Chambre très propre et très bien décorée. Excellente literie. Oreillers très agréables. On se sent bien comme chez soi. Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais on doit pleurer un peu le beurre. Aucun problème pour se garer car le parking public est gratuit, couvert et tout à côté. Un très bon moment. Nous reviendrons sans nul doute.

Parquet qui grince dans la chambre et sur le palier qui fait que nous sommes réveillés à chaque passage des résidents dans le couloir. Pas de yaourt ce matin au petit-déjeuner, pas de miel .... Sinon bon emplacement dans le village avec le parking communal à proximité

Grosse déception : vétusté de la salle de bains avec un plancher tres endommagé, recouvert de tapis cache-misère à la propreté douteuse, fauteuils tachés dans la chambre, service du petit déjeuner complètement chaotique au-delà de 4 personnes avec un buffet assez pauvre, se réduisant de jour en jour, comportement très désinvolte des propriétaires vis à vis de leurs clients : personne pour l’accueil le jour de notre arrivée ( consignes et code transmis par SMS…) . Bref affichage d’un petit hôtel de charme et familial, mais surtout établissement mal entretenu où tout est géré à l’économie sur le dos des clients. Un point positif : des livres partout même sur les marches de l’escalier.
