You need to pay for spa, hammam and sauna. I though that it was included like the others hotels that i have gone in the past...

If you are used to staying in hostels then this is a step up . If you are an adult and want a clean , welcoming hotel - this is not the place . We arrived earlier than 4:00. When I checked in , the receptionist told me that it would be 40 Euros to check in early . I said that I would wait until 4:00. As I was walking away , he said that my room was ready , and then charged me the 40 EUros . So tacky . Most hotels will give you the room without a fee . The pool is 20 Euros an hour to sit by the pool . It is not included . Parking is limited and you cannot have a car bigger than a tin can to park . The smell is what is overwhelming . Sewage smell not only in the lobby , but in the bathrooms. Our first room had a punch mark in the door and dated paint . We were supposed to get a triple suite . I complained and they moved us to a room that reminded me of my grandmothers attic - slanted rooms and bathrooms . I am 5’3 and I could only stand up in 60%. Please see pictures . The bathroom did not have hand soap and the shower had a combo bath gel / shampoo . Thank goodness I brought the fancy samples from another hotel to us in the bathroom . The breakfast was inedible and the coffee machine did not work . ** the only positive is the location views . They get by with lack of updates because of the views and ski slopes location. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for years . * if you look at the 5 star reviews - they have only posted one review - which makes me think they didn’t stay here .

We had a fabulous time at this hotel during a skiing trip for February half term. I want to make a special mention of the staff, who were superb, and made the hotel the great experience that it is - they are hard working, helpful and motivated. We booked both a quadruple room plus a separate double room for a family of 4, because we needed good sleep. The quadruple room consisted of 2 separate bedrooms, one had twin beds and the other had only a sofa bed, not a double bed , in case anyone is wondering. The room description was misleading in this respect as it stated twin beds and a double bed. We only had one person sleeping on the sofa bed, I think it would have been a struggle to get two people sleeping on it. It is odd to just have a sofa bed in a separate bedroom, instead of a double bed. All the rooms were clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The bathrooms too were nice and modern. One of the showers was blocked one day, but the staff came and fixed it immediately. The hotel food was very good. It is a buffet of hot meals, salads and desserts, all very tasty and plentiful. You could go all inclusive or pay for each meal as you went along. 25 Euros for breakfast, 30 euros for dinner, or 65 euros all inclusive per person per day which included alcoholic drinks too. One of our party had a serious peanut allergy, and the restaurant staff had detailed allergy sheets showing what she could and could not eat. None of the hot meals contained nuts. There was also a pizza restaurant and a bakery 2 minutes walk away, and a ski hire shop. It is a 15 minute walk into the main town. The town is very pretty, with other restaurants and shops, and a nice square with a church. For anyone coming for a ski holiday, the St Gervais skiing cable car is an easy 7 minute walk from the hotel. The cable car takes you up to Bettex, where you can hire your skis and boots, rather than hiring them in St Gervais town. I would strongly recommend that you hire a ski locker in Bettex or at the bottom of the cable car, so that you don't have to carry your skis back to the hotel every day. It made life so much simpler. Also, if you are coming in half term, pre book your lift passes online (you can collect them from a machine) and also prebook your skis and lockers, as there was almost no availability for anyone who had not pre-booked. In the evenings, after dinner, the hotel has a nice cosy bar area and boardgames you can borrow. The skiing was excellent, the hotel was perfect for our needs, the access to the lift car and slopes was easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this is a ski hotel. The transfer time from Geneva was 60 minutes by private taxi.

Great little hotel. Location only 5 mins from main gondola. Ski hire and ski pass through the hotel was so easy. All inclusive option was fantastic! Staff all very attentive.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Food was the real highlight, limited choices but excellent quality. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our rooms (404/405) were a little dark and very hot! Our friends had nicer rooms. No drawers for storage. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The 5th near to the lift did smell damp but we didn’t notice this anywhere else. We would stay here again as it represented good value for money.

Super hotel which was a last minute change by tour company, but no regrets. Great room, superb food all week. Didn’t need to see what was on the menu as we were never disappointed. Breakfast/brunch spread was always full of choice and the ability to make your own takeaway lunch was such a bonus. Roman was a stand out employee from the moment he welcomed us on a late arrival, to guiding us through the week’s stay, a massive thank you. (All of the staff were very good)
