酒店位於市中心的大街上，往返機場及各大景點都非常方便。樓下還有超級市場。房間面積比預期中大，乾淨企理，廁所還有浴缸，玩完一整天後，可以浸浴消除疲勞。不過房間的隔音設施比較差，經常聽到走廊和隔籬房的聲音，睡眠質素會受影響。

Right in the centre of town…..an ideal location.Very clean nice tidy rooms and good value for money.The breakfast was very good…….but…..the elderly lady serving the breakfast had an inability to talk or respond in any way…..I bet my friends that she would not speak or acknowledge us for the whole weekend and won £5 …kept saying”hello” to her and “good morning “ …nothing,zilch,…ah!well but at least her vinegar tasting poached eggs hit the mark.Stay here…it’s a nice place.

Great location, very clean, comfortable bed and staff were very helpful. Close to the bus station although no car park if you hire a car. Would highly recommend.

Stayed in a family room with children at the end of June. Room and location were as expected from Premier Inn – good beds and convenient. However, service was disappointing. On day of arrival at 12:00, I asked about paying for early check-in (as advised on the website), but an older male staff member refused to check if a room was available and told us to return at 3pm and someone else would check us in. He also seemed reluctant to help when we asked for fresh towels on night two, we did not know that we have to tell reception to book room for cleaning. It seemed like such a big ask for the room to be cleaned. Younger staff were more helpful and breakfast was good.

From the outside the hotel looks nice and the staff we met were very friendly. I do however feel this Premier Inn could do with some updating, the bedrooms & bathrooms are looking very tired and towels were old. Needs a lick of paint and the air conditioning systems needs updating as it is very noisy.

Hotel was generally as you would expect a Premier inn to be, but seemed to be short staffed. Breakfast was ok but no yogurt or fresh fruit for 5 of the 7 days. Location of hotel is perfect, easy access to everything in St Helier.

Another great stay, Premier plus room was great as had fridge. Slept really well, no noise considering in centre of St Hellier. Room and public areas very clean. Great base for exploring the island and 5 min walk to bus station. Close to a good choice of coffee shops and Restaurants.
