Hotel was clean. Front desk people were pleasant and helpful. Received a text message from person on front desk just after checking in to follow up to make sure our room was fine and if we needed anything, that was unexpected and nice. Hotel was busy and a little noisy but settled down and was ok through the night. Nice place to stop as we pass through on our way home.

Positive: Friendly and helpful check-in and breakfast staff. No road noise. Good exercise room. Good breakfast. Clean bed room and bath room. Fast elevators. Nice modern shower with water temp thermostat. Adjacent to a mall. Easy drive to downtown.
Negative: Sink drained slowly. Bed seemed small.
Overall: Very pleased.

The stay was great and my daughter's loved the room and pool. The thing that really ruined it for me is the position of the room and the curtains. The rooms to not have curtains that block out light, only thin shears. The heavy curtains only close so far..maybe a few Inches leaving a large gap a few feet wide with only the shear curtains. Our room was diagonal from the main entrance in which we had a large outer street style light out front of our room. The light shone into our room all night long for two straight nights keeping me awake as I had to lay on that side of the bed because it bothered the girls. I had about maybe three hrs sleep each night due to it shining directly I to the room into my face. Someone threw up in the pool and there was confusion about the pool being cleaned or not or how it was cleaned as the same goggles were at the bottom of the pool the previous night when it happened plus a large clump of hair sitting at the bottom of the pool to following morning as well. I didn't allow the kids to partake until later on that afternoon etc when I saw other children playing in it assuming it was either ok, or nobody knew. Other than that it was a good stay. For some reason the app won't allow me to add pics.

Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast bar with lots of options including scrambled eggs, potatoes, baked beans, bacon, waffles and more. Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel was very modern and was located next to a shopping center. Only complaint was that the toilet was too low for us elderly folks

We liked EVERYTHING! Location in middle between Airport and Saint John. 15 mins to either. Soby’s, Liqour store, good food and Costco close by! Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast every day was superb. Didn’t use pool but it looked lovely. Had never stayed at a Hampton Inn before. Very impressed! Even liked the neighbourhood French Bulldog!!
