This B&B is the perfect location to stay close to Kouchibouguac National Park. From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel like family. The entire property is spotless. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Our first night , dinner was available, and we enjoyed a delicious pasta, salad and dessert for $20! The breakfasts were gourmet fare…we didn’t need to eat lunch. We almost hated to leave! Will definitely book again if we tour the area!

This was our first time staying at a B&B but it wont be our last. Kores and Liane are amazing hosts , very attentive , courtesy , gracious. Our room " the bowline " was roomy , clean and nicely decorated. What I appreciated most about this B & B was the personal touches they added to make you feel special. The morning breakfast didn't disappoint either with a variety of fruits , berries , breads , eggs and toast , again all presented in such a way to make you feel special. It really made the start to our day hiking at the nearby kouchibouquac park great. We cant wait to return !

Excellent B&B in perfect location very close to Kouchibouguac National Park. Liane and Kores are fantastic hosts, we enjoyed our stay so much - we wish we could have stayed longer. Great breakfast, very clean spacious rooms and lots of valuable advice on what to see in Kouchibouguak. There is also a communal kitchen with a fridge and a microwave as well as free parking and a washing machine. Liane and Kores are fluent in at least 4 languages, which is so impressive and very helpful (English, French, Dutch and German), arranging things and communication is easy. Definitely a recommendation - thanks for having us, we hope to be back one day!

Our family spent 4 days. Liane and Kores were the best hosts! Very European style. The boat tour was allot of fun. Highly recommend. We saw seals and all sorts of birds. We had B &B and cabins. Everything was good. The weather was typical Maririme weather with sun and rain and wind.

This is a gem! Somehow we had expected an ordinary stop on our tour around New Brunswick but it was amazing. Wonderful welcome and catering at breakfast by Cores and Liane, always accommodating. Great amenities in the room and wonderful river view. Walking distance to great restaurant over the bridge in St Louis. And especially convenient access to Kouchibouguac Park for wildlife and scenery, great walks (saw a bear and several bald eagles, alpine warblers, shore / horned larks and more Wonderful stop around Acadia.

This place is an absolute gem! The hosts Liane and Kores are warmly welcoming and immediately made us feel at home even before we’d seen our room. They also had great recommendations for dinner and activities. We stayed in the Anchor Room and it was spacious and absolutely spotless, with a lovely view across the back lawn and river. Breakfast was outstanding, including fresh fruit, yogurt, egg, cheese, waffles and maple syrup — it set us up perfectly for a day at Kouchibouguac National Park, just minutes down the road. If you’re in the area, we truly can’t recommend this place highly enough!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage which we got last minute from a cancellation. Owner was super nice. She spoke Dutch, French, German and English (her husband spoke one of the Scandinavian languages) The cottage had everything but an oven (bit did have a toast oven , microwave and built in 2 induction burners). There was a fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There were no perfume smells like Febreeze but the towels had dryer sheet smell. If that is a problem for you, I would suggest you bring your own towels. There is a restaurant as well which I will review as well (Captains resto and lounge) They are very close to the entrance to the Kougibiquac park. The entrance is far from the beach so you need a car to get there but the beach is well worth it. The only pictures I took were of the beach-sorry

We were so pleased with the renovated barnhouse ,the river view, the restaurant Captains Resto and Lounge, the very impressive full breakfast, our great hosts and the amazing chef and his wife. Location was very close to a perfect beach ⛱️ and also a challenging golf course. We highly recommend and will return 👌.

Exceeded expectations. Clean and pretty and comfy and well equipped room! Use of a small kitchen area … Lovely hosts as well. Heat and cooling and good water pressure and what more needs to be said . Restaurant downstairs rocks! Oh, and breakfast will impress!
