Excellent location and friendly staff. Very good food with super restaurant service! The location is amazing right next to the slope. Easy access to the lifts and shops. We were a group of 9 adults and we would recommend this to anyone considering staying in Val Thorens!

Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. This is a lovely boutique hotel with pleasant Spa area, comfortable (albeit fairly compact) rooms and tasty restaurant menu. Great ski in/ski out with the boot room leading straight onto the lift area. Would not hesitate to stay here again

The management and staff at Alberta Hotel truly set a benchmark for excellence. From the moment we arrived, their warm and professional demeanor made us feel right at home. Staying at Alberta Hotel was an absolute pleasure, thanks to the outstanding efforts of the management and staff. Highly recommended!

Thank you to all the staff at the Alberta Hotel for our wonderful stay at the end of March/beginning of April. We were a party of 11 (two families) and everybody was so accommodating to us. The food was great, both at breakfast and in the evening and there was also a good wine list. There were no complications or hassles thanks to a great concierge service at reception. They were very helpful in booking lunches/advice on medical centre visits and general info for Val Thorens. It was also lovely to be able to go into the spa (very clean) at the end of the day, again a very good booking system with the front desk so never overcrowded. The hotel is truly ski in/ski out for this time of year and not too far from the centre but not noisy in the evenings.

Great little hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Charlotte. Food is good rooms are comfortable, location is very good. Hotel arranged our transfer from Chambery but we had our flight diverted to Grenoble, hotel contced us and the taxi company and we were picked up from Grenoble, excellent service. Our return flight was and evening one so we requested a late check out and this was arranged for us. Nothing bad to say about this hotel and would highly reccomend for a stay in Val Thorens.

Brilliant location - straight onto the slopes in a morning and ski back to the door. Also has its own jacuzzi and sauna overlooking the slopes, as does the restaurant. Fantastic breakfast with loads of choice too. But above all, the staff were all amazing. Really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place

What a find!! This hotel is PERFECT. Friendly staff - reception staff went above and beyond to help, cleaning team were friendly, and dinner waitress was so kind and helpful. Our room was ideal, with a balcony overlooking the ski area. It had everything we needed. Excellent ski in ski out access! Half board dinner was lovely every night - with choice of two dishes for every course. Hot tub and sauna perfect after a long day skiing. Thank you so much!

We had a very enjoyable stay. A lovely hotel, perfectly positioned next to the slopes. Excellent staff that were very friendly and extremely helpful. The food was perfect, far better than what we were expecting. The hotel was clean and tidy, with a nice little spa looking out on to the ski slopes. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel des années 70 ou tout est parfait ! Une propreté partout exemplaire ! Nous étions en 1/2 pension petit déjeuner parfait repas du soir super ! Un service piloté par 2 jeunes extraordinaires . Un accueil au top ! Un accès aux pistes sensationnel. Je conseille à 100 % et nous reviendrons. Petit bémol la salle de bain avec les toilettes.
