Beautiful house "Lesgau". 5.5 km from the centre of Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx, 11 km from the centre of Ondres / Tarnos, 13 km from the centre of Bayonne, on top of a hill, 15 km from the sea, 15 km from the beach, 1.5 km from the river. For shared use: property 2'700 m2, well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase, shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Poolhouse, table tennis, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5.5 km, supermarket 5.5 km, bus stop "Quartier Neuf" 4 km, sandy beach "Ondres - Tarnos" 15 km.
