It took 45 mins approximately to go to the center from this hotel. Good service. Clean and comfortable. Recommended.

It was really a budget hotel, very clean and quiet, Wi-Fi was very good though Communication was a usually a barrier generally for the English and French speaking everywhere In France. Otherwise, overall, it’s a nice place to be with great staff willing to help at every point of need. Definitely a recommendable place that I would visit again.

Recomendable 100x100! Único inconveniente que está un lejos del centro, aunque tiene parada de bus enfrente y está muy bien comunicado con el transporte público!

Won’t recommend at all! Recently stayed there for 3 nights and literally no internet in the building. Full wifi signal but not internet. No soap to wash hands after toilet. Requested them to get us some liquid soap but they don’t provide such stuff. No cattle to get hot water or coffee corner. Basin was fully blocked. Very small room it should have been €25 per night but they’re charging arm and a leg. 16-18 minutes walk to very nearest train line. On my complain at the reception, they have no answers as everyone was blaming to each other.

I am an Accor member and I travel frequently with this chain. However, I must point out that this is the first time I encountered this horrible experience. Whilst checking in and entering the room assigned to us, we encountered several issues in the room. The first one which was eye catching was a big hole by the bedside table. The second issue encountered was when making the third bed on the top, as that has to be done by yourself and it is not done by the room attendants. Having to make the bed was not an issue, but finding other people’s crap when making it was a big no no. There was chewing gum in the corner, tissue paper and also a clothes tag. The third issue was the pillow being so dirty that from white it had a yellowish color. Nevertheless, the pillow case had a big round stain which was impossible not to miss. When this was mentioned to the receptionist, we where advised that considering there is no more available rooms we where not able to be moved into another, but it will be passed on to the management team and they shall get back to me. The pillow was not replaceable as there was no spare ones, however I got another “clean” pillow case in which i placed on top of the stained one. At least i don't get the yellow pillow on my face. With the hole on the wall, the receptionist covered the hole for the time being with a piece of A4 paper and tape so it was not visible but still there. It was not his fault and he really helped us as much as he could bless him. He also advised us to send an email regards to our complaint and some compensation shall be given to us. After all those incidents, we decided to have a shower. When having a shower, the door does not close properly and the drain is blocked having on overflow of water all over the room. When reporting this to the receptionist the next day, We were advised that there is no maintanance on duty who is able to sort it out and they are aware about this issue as other guests have complained about this. We where offered that day to pack and leave the luggages at the reception for a room move, however i was not comfortable in doing so and i didn't want to waste a day moving as it was already late morning. I did ask for some compensation, thus I was informed that when the manager comes on Monday i am free to come to speak with her. Monday came, and I waited for the manager until 11.00 am. Once I finally got hold of the manager, I was advised that she has no idea about this issue but she will read the email which I told her about and get back to me. Please note we where leaving the next day so I wanted it to be tackled before I check out. The funniest thing was that the manager was speaking in french with the receptionist who was translating to me in english. Anyway, after all this hassle, I got a reply back that I shall be refunded some compensation for this inconvenience which I accepted. I gave them all my credit card details last Monday and I still did not get the refund I was promised.

A éviter excepté si vous avez un très petit budget Les photos sont trompeuses le plan d’accueil vraiment non accueillant . La chambre très petite ainsi que la salle de bain, pas de verres à dents il faut les demander et on vous en donne deux en carton, seulement deux serviettes moyennes etc……

Franchement déçu On a tellement eu froid dans les chambres car la Clim est bloquée à 19 alors qu il fait 5 degré le matin et que vous avez des enfants en bas âge Mon fils est tombé malade à cause de cela De plus hallucinant un hôtel qui ne vous informe même pas qu il va y avoir une coupure d eau froide et chaude toute la semaine de 11h à 17h !!! dans tout l établissement Avec aucune solution apportée !!!!! Du jamais vu Les chambres sont tellement petites qu il ne faut vraiment pas être clostrophobe Pareil une galère pour se garer car l hôtel n a pas de parking et toutes les rues sont payantes Franchement en dehors de l emplacement de l hôtel , à fuirabsolument

L'hotel n'est pas trop mal mais le défit écologique débile de ne pas dépasser 19*C dans la chambre la nuit alors qu'il fait 9*C dehors et que les couloirs sont bien chauffés est ridicule ! J'étais enceinte et me suis tapée 4 jours de grippe après une nuit bien froide à cet hotel, franchement pas drôle !!

El hotel en si está bien, el desayuno bastante básico, la atención de la chica de recepción no recuerdo su nombre, alta de pelo largo, muy amable con diferencia de la chica de pelo corto que fue cortante y desagradable, no hablábamos francés y no hacía nada por entendernos, sería por lo único que no volvería.

Établissement passable, les chambres sont vraiment très petites, on se sent vite étriqué (très peu d'espace pour circuler, salle d'eau minimaliste, aucun véritable rangement...) . La qualité du ménage et du petit déjeuner est assez moyenne et l'insonorisation inexistante. Je conseille cet établissement pour une nuit mais pas plus malheureusement. En revanche le personnel était plutôt sympathique et agréable.

Prinzipiell sauberes Hotel, unser Zimmer leider nicht, meine Tochter hat Läuse mit nach Hause gebracht. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Die Toilettenspülung hat nicht immer funktioniert, das WC war sehr eng und weder WC noch Bad war abschliessbar. Leider bekommt man vom Hotel keine Antwort per Mail, meine Tochter hat ihre Geldbörse im Hotel vergessen und nun warte ich seit 5 Tagen auf eine Antwort.
