Hotel Europa St. Moritz

Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch empfehlenswert. Teppichböden in den Zimmern, sollte heute nicht mehr sein - deshalb ein Punkt Abzug. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Das Abendessen ebenfalls, allerdings preislich meiner Meinung nach zu hoch. Bei mehrtägigem Aufenthalt würde ich deshalb auswärts Essen gehen.

Zeer gastvriendelijk ontvangst. Mooi hotel met alle voorzieningen van een 4 sterren hotel o.a. Prachtig zwembad. Grote ruime kamer met zeer mooie badkamer. Wij hadden ook nog de beschikking over een groot terras. Ook het uitzicht naar de bergen is formidabel. Kortom dit hotel is een aanrader.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food and service were excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Had a wonderful meal upstairs at "Steak and More" with outstanding views. Really enjoyed the pool and sauna. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful reunion with friends in the St Moritz area while staying at the Europa Hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and an excellent value by Swiss standards. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and has something for everyone. The dinners were delicious. The staff is very competent and professional but also friendly and quick to assist if needed. The pool, sauna and steam facilities are clean and well designed. It is a pleasant hike to downtown St. Moritz or a quick ride on one of the many public buses shuttling through the St Moritz valley. Well worth a visit and bring the family!

Excellent service. Front desk sent a taxi to pick me up at the train station. Staff was very helpful and accommodating during my two night stay. Breakfast was generous. Room was lovely and brand new! Great pool and spa area. Provided guests with a complimentary bus pass to visit St. Moritz

This was our second visit to Hotel Europa. My wife and I couldn't imagine it would be better than the first time two years ago but it was even better than we remembered. The hotel is conveniently located via a beautiful 30-minute walk, 15-minute bus ride, or 5-minute drive from the Center of St Moritz. From the moment we arrived with 60+ of our friends from around the world the staff embraced us as family. Now we are connected to the staff as friends through social media with planned visits with them. Not only did they speak English but most were multilingual. The food was exquisite for every meal with the crowning dinner at the famous Steak and More restaurant. Such an experience complimented with breathtaking mountain and sunset views. We were even provided with take away lunch bags for our hikes. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pictures of the pool and exercise facilities speak for themselves. We personally used the pool and exercise room every day. Family friendly activities were walks on the nearby trails to the lakes, visiting the chocolate stores, visiting the museums, helicopter rides, horse riding, horse drawn carriage ride up a mountain with a delicious lunch and walk down, riding the funicular and walks through the town of St Moritz. We cannot thank the owner, the Director Mark, maitre'd Harry and the rest of the staff for everything!! We are looking forward our return. And last but not least, all of this was accomplished at a very reasonable price. You cannot go wrong staying at Hotel europa.

We spent four wonderful days at the Europa. The rooms are clean, comfortable and large. I did need to turn off the heating and tilt open the window at night. The staff are amazing, fun and really made our reunion memorable. Most, if not all, speak, German, French, Italian and English. The meals at La Vita and Steak & More were delicious and creative. I definitely will be back for a winter skiing break.

What a fabulous hospitality this hotell offers! Excellent food and service, big rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast is a dream; I have never had perfectly boiled eggs in an hotel before. Here I had one every morning! Simply the best! Thank you!
