Just used as an overnight stop just off the motorway - perfect and the guy on duty at night was very helpful when we arrived

The hotel waseasy to find and just off the A26, practical stop over. The bed was a little hard. A topper would resolve this.

The hotel is old and needs renovation . The beds are very uncomfortable and the bathroom is not very big . The hotel is not very clean and not well maintained. The bedroom is very basic and not inviting at all . Not enough bath towels and they are paper thin. There are laundry carts full of laundry stored by the elevators. A fire hazard in my opinion. The location is good . Will not return

We stayed here twice, on the way to visit family near Lyon and on our way back as the hotel is conveniently located just off the A26. The rooms were OK except that the shower cubicle doors and seals in both rooms were in need of a thorough clean (maybe with a mould cleaner). Also the breakfast was disappointing, no fresh fruit and only a choice of two unhealthy cereals. We appreciate this is a budget hotel, but it would not cost much to improve the breakfast offering.

Very nice comfortable stay, plenty of car parking which was very spacious and also gated. Large eating area + microwave as travelling with young children

The hotel was a few minutes from the motorway and about 5km from Troyes centre. 3 quick turns from the hotel and you were on the main road into Troyes. We were greeted by a pleasant gentleman who spoke English. The breakfast area was bright and clean as was our room. The bathroom/shower room was starting to show its age. I'm not sure if the room should have had a kettle, but there wasn't one. There was a petrol station about 2 minutes from the hotel that was opened all hours and took cards only. Would we stop there again ? Yes, easy to find, petrol across the road, hotel room was adequate for a night's sleep at a good price point.

VERY BAD PLACE : This quite recent hotel where we have previously stayed 4 times always for business since 2020 has become really dirty since the end of the pandemy. Due to BEDBUGS BITES everywhere on our bodies during the whole night we couldn't sleep at all. At the check-out on the morning when we complained to the front-desk staff she vaguely said that she will inform her manager... But when we loaded the car we noticed in the back-yard a mattress thrown in the trash. They were perfectly aware of the situation but were doing nothing. By lack of time we never write any review but we strongly warn travelers to avoid this hotel for non respecting the basics of hygiene. IT TOOK 6 WEEKS FOR THE SCARS OF THE BITES TO COMPLETELY VANISH !

Perfectly clean, close to the motorway and perfect for us as a stop over on way to Switzerland. We had a crying baby next door and they moved us as soon as I mentioned it to reception. Breakfast was continental so no hot food but for what we paid was good value. Highly recommend.

Handy stopover en-route to the alps. Good beds, breakfast adequate, but no hot food. Buffalo Grill close by (discount for hotel guests), Good food, cheap. Shopping centre near with Gifi and Leclerc. Recommended budget stay, would go back.
