The property is 30 min far from TAMPA airport and 20 min from St Pete and Clearwater airport We also allow pets no more than 2 Note: 1.if the damage is more than the deposit the renter is responsible to pay or legal action are going to take place 2. The house has to be occupied only by the guests on the contract.
