Excellent location. We come every year

Very disappointed w the hidden fees of 40 per night resort fee and 25 pkg per night. We use to go and stay b4 my parents passed every year. The sheets were pilled and bathroom needs to be redone. Old and the airconditioner leaking. Underage drinking in harrys pool on the water as soon ss they were caught the mgr left and the mother gave back alcohol to the 4 15yr olds.

Love it and the pool area. Food is great along with staff and the beach area.

Loved our stay here, we booked some other place as we arrived in to town 1 day and they didn't have space but the other place was awful. Sirata staff were so friendly, we loved the bicycles to ride around, the rooms were clean and the amenities were great. We only stayed 3 days but from what we saw the entertainment was fun. Good tio

Check-in went smoothly and we were able to check-in before 4PM. My wife and I have been staying at the Sirata since the 90's. Parking has always been included in the room price, but now they add $25 per night for parking, which is excessive based on the already high room rate. The Sirata was purchased not too long ago, and, based on our room, the new owners have apparently not spent any money on repairs or upgrades since then. Our room showed years of wear, including plumbing fixtures, floors, rusting door frames, and damaged cabinetry. Our room safe was locked and couldn't be opened. We called for maintenance and waited almost an hour for them to show up. He couldn't open the safe either, so he returned with a new safe that he placed in the bottom of the night stand. Also, our refrigerator would not close. Maintenance came and repaired it. The food was very good at Rum Runners, and the service was excellent.

Rooms need maintenance. Lost water in the middle of both days. Staff is excellent. Location is excellent.

Ocean, beach, nearby John's Pass, two outdoor bar & grills, games, lots of places to lounge were great. Depending on your building, you may or may not have luggage carts at your convenience, you may have unruly halls with adolescents pounding on your door all night, and you may have a dog barking. Did not sleep much. Security handled the dog and front desk help was very accommodating. Although we did not get directions to our building or how to read our room key to find our building and room. Another guest told us.

The room was on the old side. Shower was not functioning well. Fell on staircase and injured my knee and foot on poorly lire concrete staircase.

Wonderful stay! Super friendly staff, very accommodating and plenty of staff! Never waited for anything! Will be our go.to place! Only wished the bars were open later.

Location was great. Loved the amenities. We used the beach chairs and pool. We also enjoyed the beach bars.

This hotel was amazing, the location was perfect. Employees were so friendly. The room was great and spacious. My favorite part was the beach with complementary beach chairs and the mobile bar…yes, they absolutely had a mobile bar at the beach. I loved the placed and would definitely be coming back with my family.
