I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel.
When I checked into my room, I was extremely disappointed to find that it had not been cleaned properly. The room was dirty, and to my shock, I even found a used milk container left behind by a previous guest. This is completely unacceptable and far below the standards I expected from your establishment.
Furthermore, on May 16th, 2025 at around 12:00 PM, I approached the front desk and encountered a young female receptionist who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her attitude and behavior made the situation even more frustrating. At the time, I was extremely exhausted from my trip and did not have the energy to raise the issue about the room being unclean, so I simply went to sleep.
However, I feel it is important to bring these matters to your attention so that they can be addressed appropriately. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve the quality of your service and ensure a better experience for future guests.
