I returned to Maison Aguze with my family after a solo trip last year! Once again we had the best hospitality from Rhianne and Chris and the wider family. The rooms are spotless, the showers are nice and hot, the grand rooms give you the authentic historic feel with a touch of modern. Already looking back to going back in 2025

I stayed at this amazing BnB for a family wedding. The venue, location and the friendly staff were outstanding. Rhianne and Chris went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a memorable one. We will certainly be back and would recommend this venue for anyone wishing to have a few days of peace and quiet.

Absolutely beautiful building with some amazing history. Rooms were fantastic and perfectly cleaned. Chris and Rhianne with both so accommodating, would definitely recommended staying with them. Have a drink in their bar they have built themselves it’s great addition to the building. The town itself is lovely with some nice places around the area you must check out as well (ask them about the rock pools to go swim at) Thank you again, we will be back

Excellent three days staying at Maison de L’ Aguze with my wife. Just love this place. Well looked after. Very comfortable bedrooms, refreshing powerful shower, and lovely breakfast. Great location with super cycling on a flat disused rail line. Some great local restaurants and just over an hour drive to the amazing city of Carcassone. What’s not to like!

This is an amazing B&B in an undiscovered part of France for most Americans traveling. What a shame because this B&B , managed by a young British couple who speak fluent French is a wonder. A restored house/former bank, high ceilings, each bedroom spacious with beautiful modern in suite bathrooms. Beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. Well maintained and very clean. The breakfast includes the best French bread, croissants and pastries from the local bakery. The prices for an American is very very reasonable.The B&B is located in St Pins de Thomiere. A medieval village in the heart of the Black Mountains. It is a Mecca for bicycling, motor cycling and amazing hiking. It is set in the Languedoc National Forest. There are many day trips, such as Carcassone, many vineyards, the Mediterranean. A part of France many Americans should visit. It is a 3 1/2 hour drive from Barcelona airport so an option to flying into Paris.

Très jolie chambre, spacieuse et très bien meublée. Literie excellente, calme assuré, c'est une très bonne adresse. Bien placé dans la ville. Le parking est de l'autre côté du cours d'eau, mais on peut se garer dans la rue devant la maison. Accueil très sympathique. Bon rapport qualité-prix. La perfection serait d'avoir un miroir éclairé ou grossissant dans la salle de bain. Je recommande cette étape.

De passage pour une nuit lors d'un voyage en vélo, la maison est très bien située pour visiter ce beau village. très belle chambre très spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bains,propreté irréprochable,très bonne literie, décoré avec goûts, excellent accueil et très bon petit déjeuner . Grand garage a vélo.

Malgré que le gite soit situé dans le centre ville le lieu est particulièrement calme avec une belle cour à l ombre ou l on peut se reposer après avoir fait une belle randonnée ou du vélo sur la voie verte Mazamet Bedarieux. La chambre est très fonctionnelle avec un grand lit et une très bonne literie Très belle salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est copieux de plus l hôtesse vous demande ce que vous souhaitez. Ce gite est magnifique et l hôtesse est agréable et très attentionnée. Le pus, grand garage sécurisé avec de nombreuses prises pour les vélos électriques. Je recommande absolument

Très belle découverte. Un emplacement en centre ville, et pourtant très calme. Une belle cour où se prélasser à l'ombre. Rien à redire, tout était parfait : Une très belle chambre, vaste, avec plafond à caissons, fraîche , malgré la chaleur dehors. Belle et grande salle de bains. Un petit déjeuner copieux, on nous a demandé ce que l'on souhaitait. Servi dans une salle à manger où on se sentait très bien. Toute la maison est d'une propreté remarquable et l'hôtesse est adorable. A recommander
