While the staff was top-notch, I wouldn’t return until the renovation was completed. Our room was in desperate need of refurbishing. Peeling paint and a couple of mold spots on the bathroom ceiling, tv remote needed batteries, burned out light bulb in lamp, curtains looked dirty. Definitely not worth $175. Toilet sitting near the entrance from the remodeling.

My experience at the holiday inn Express was amazing, the staff went above and beyond for me, just to get me here.i got lost and the manager sent a person to find me and bring me to the hotel.i don't believe any other hotel would have done that for a guest.

Perfect hotel everything was fresh only complaint is I asked house keeping for more towels and never received them other than that front service staff was great and friendly rooms were clean upon arrival. Will be staying again on my next few trips for business

Bathroom issues included a shower that seemed dirty, empty body wash bottle and a hairdryer that was worthless, Breakfast was not very good-(-old scrambled eggs, dry sausage-no biscuits, loud hotel workers eating at the same time) and a worker walking thru the breakfast room with a large gas powered blower a couple times, though it not running, it was disconcerting. Workers blocked hallways with their carts during check-out. Not well managed and needed a facelift.

The hotel is centrally located to a lot of food establishments and local attractions. The staff that I had encounters with were extremely nice Abbi at the front desk was amazing! The room was modern and very clean. The free breakfast was nice with good options.

The Front Desk Personnel are all very Welcoming and Friendly. I must say Eva is a standout amongst her peers. The Manager, whose name I didn't get, was very accommodating when I needed an extra hour of rest before checking out. I will plan to stay here again the next time I am on ssi.

The room was nicely laid out. Plenty of places to put our things. The room was nice and cool. The bed was not comfortable at all. We both woke up with back aches. The pillows were too soft. People were very pleasant. Staff greeted us each day, etc

First, we would like to compliment a young man by the name of Justice. He was friendly, and kept food hot and filled at the breakfast bar. Kept area very clean. Front staff were very helpful and friendly also. Pool was great. Hotel is close to East Beach. Also close to Southern Soul BBQ, Iguanas and the park/pier.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was clean and the linen was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very delicious, and had a lot of variety. The pancake machine was a first for me. I will visit again as soon as I am able.
