Villa Cosy, Hotel & Spa

Everything one can imagine about an absolutely lovely boutique hotel. Everything was perfect. A 15 minute walk to all of the activity but worth it. Clean, comfortable and all we hoped for

Service was very slow. Room was not clean proper. Its not 5star property i think. They charged for the water inside the room. Which should be complementry. Afterwards they said sorry we will less from the final bill. Room was not cleaned . They dont have resturant in the hotel. Overall experience 1 out of 5.

We finished our honey in the south of France in St Tropez. The Villa Cosy is delightful. We had a detached suite at the far end of the pool. Very private. Large room with seating area, king size bed, fabulous bathroom with a double jacuzzi bath. All the usual trimmings, slippers, robes, large fluffy towels, silky sheets, great a/c which we were very grateful for in the mini heatwave we experienced whilst there in June. Breakfast is served on your private terrace area. Everything about here was perfect. Thank you

What an amazing property. Tucked just a 10 min walk from the water, Villa Cosy is a gem of a hotel. From the moment we drove in, the staff took care of us at each and every turn to make sure our stay was comfortable. The service was top notch and each staff member genuine to go above and beyond. I don't think I've ever had a stay quite like this. Alex, Anastasio and team where simply the best. I will be back again!

Villa Cosy is a wonderful place. Very beautiful, excellent accommodation and caring friendly staff. Full of love. They arranged our car hire, parked the car and brought it out every day. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Daniel, Victor, Sarah and anybody whose name I can't remember. The spa was lovely. We had the best 14 days for a very long time and left totally refreshed. We will recommend it to all our friends.

The most disgusting hotel in my life, first of all because of the girl who checked us in and the guy who checked us out! I have never encountered such rudeness, evil and blatant lies, having traveled to almost 30 countries and countless cities! In essence - The room has a very unpleasant sewer smell, the water in the bathroom does not drain, you have to wash in a puddle. Insects in the room. Breakfast is bread, yogurt and jam - that's all, and this for 28 euros per person! But we stayed only a couple of nights, passing through, so we did not say anything to the employees or argue about it. Seeing how some of them try to be very polite, for example, like the guys who helped us with luggage and breakfast - they were very friendly and welcoming. But now I have to tell you about the most disgusting experience of staying at the hotel - I'll say it briefly - there is some kind of constant filming for the hotel's Instagram, this prevents real guests from relaxing! There is no privacy, the windows look directly into the windows of the neighbors, from where, as I said at length, some kind of filming, in order not to get into the lens, we simply had to leave the hotel for a walk, which we did not plan. The TV in the room does not work, the phone does not always answer, to find out the most trivial details, I had to write through booking! They did not even put water in our room and this is a 5-star hotel! When we asked for water by calling on the phone, they brought it to us, without saying a word that it was paid, without giving a check to sign, and when checking out, when we were in a hurry, they demanded 10 euros per bottle! I have never seen anything like this. They also demanded additional fees and payments from us for services that we did not use! and they said if we don't pay - they won't let us out!!! When I went to put my bag away - the manager ran after me and shouted - "you won't leave". It seemed absurd, I wasn't going to leave and paid for all the hotel services in advance, before checking in! I swear that this is the first time I've encountered such an attitude, having probably visited hundreds of hotels in the world! We argued with the employee that we hadn't used the additional services for 30 minutes, as a result, since I was late, I paid for everything they asked for, promising to write a review here! To which the extremely rude manager, who didn't introduce himself by name, after my third request, said that he would write something about me on Booking! Of course, I thought that this was a strange joke or a manifestation of Russophobia, and forgot about this situation, but Imagine my surprise that after the full payment, which was confirmed by the same manager and to prove which I have receipts and an invoice, a couple of weeks later I received demands to pay something again!!
