Thoroughly enjoyed our stay from check in to check out. Very friendly staff, comfortable clean room with very comfortable bed. Very thoughtful little touches which were appreciated including a St Tropez bag with beach towels at check out. We will definitely return and highly recommend the hotel.

Do not stay at this hotel, it’s just a room nothing more it’s one of the worst I’ve stayed at room was tiny after paying £3450 for four nights it’s terrible find somewhere else to stay , we could not go in the swimming pool it was filthy and loads of bugs no pool service it’s a joke , only good thing is location, also no phone in the room , hardly any coffee pods to make coffee never paid so much for a hotel that offers so little

We booked very late and had limited options for a hotel - I was worried about booking this with so many 1 star reviews but it was fine. Definitely not a 4 star hotel but fine. It was a great location with beautiful (but buggy) gardens. Our room was large, it was clean. The pool was very dirty while we were here. Breakfast was good - staff was nice. Overall we had a decent stay.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Despite the staff trying their best, the hotel is completely disorganized. The air conditioning has a pump issue and makes a loud noise every 5 minutes — it’s impossible to sleep. The problem was reported in the morning and should have been fixed, but nothing was done. Total disregard for the guest. Even knowing the room was not in proper condition, they rented it out anyway. Zero stars!

This is a charming boutique hotel in a fantastic location . Very convenient for all shopping and harbour. Breakfast is such a beautiful experience in the hotel gardens. The wonderful Maza on reception is such a wonderful concierge. Super helpful and always smiling . An asset to the hotel . Accommodation is perfectly functional as you would find in a period property .

THIEVES! We purchased a 5k hotel room and because we weren't able to make it the day of check in, instead we were late by a day because of travel issues in which we told them about the night of check in, they acted like our reservation did not exist then IGNORED us. Only after we made an issue out of being ignored they only offered us one night out of our entire stay which was about 3 days. Then after we tried to get a refund they denied and stole our money. Disgusting management, disgusting hotel, disgusting customer service and disgusting experience.

Better options.
Very overrated and overpriced. The room size is small with a poor layout. Good location. Parking is expensive. The hotel is clean and aesthetically appealing and the staff are friendly.
But in no way is the high price reflective of the quality of the room.
