All perfect ! Service and team simply excellent: all very kind from reception, Bar to Cleaning Team. Wish to have the beach closer or a Navette to closest beaches.

At first glance everything is in great order - nice common areas like the restaurant, bar and pool. The staff (especially at the bar) is also helpful and friendly. The rooms themselves are a bit of a problem. They look like from the 80's and also they are very small; I can't imagine having two or three suitcases open there and moving around without restrictions. The ugliest thing is the bathroom, it's so small and also doesn't have a shower, but only a tiny bathtub, which you can't even fill with hot water at once - the boiler probably can't handle it and you have to turn off the water halfway through, wait 10 minutes and then continue again. It's a shame, the location is also not ideal and it's already far to the east - it's not particularly far, but considering that Guadeloupe often has traffic jams, it takes more than an hour to get to the capital or Basse-Terre. Also beware that check-in is only at 4pm, and since pilots are also sleeping there, who always have priority and give them late-checkout, you have to wait until late afternoon to check-in. However, you probably won't get a late checkout yourself. But again, the common areas are very nice and the whole hotel is quiet and has a good atmosphere, the staff is also very good, but for the reasons mentioned above I will try a different accommodation next time.

We needed the relax venue ant it did the job. The only minus is that you are not on the beach. There are only so called bungalows, separeted of each other with vegetation, nicely taking care of. The location is close to best beaches in Guadelupe and you need a car to spend time on them. With English is difficult but is the same thing as on the entire island. The service is different, we felt like being special starting from reception, to restaurant.We had intention to eat in different locations all our holiday but we ended up to take dinner almost every night in the hotel restaurant. I would say CLASSY!

A remarkably refined gem with the warmest and most accommodating staff you could hope for. I brought my daughter to the island for a tournament and with great fortune found this dream boutique style hotel. The cabin style rooms are well appointed in a high end island flare cleverly situated to allow for a sense of privacy. The restaurant experience is classic French cuisine meets Caribbean chic. The buffet breakfast is most memorable. Do not miss this opportunity if you are ever so fortunate to be in Guadeloupe.

Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and excellent care by the staff. We walked to the beach , walked through the path to isolated beaches ....no crowds ... nice walk back to the resort gave a chance to work up an appetite for the delicious dinners!
