Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan recensioner

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Resort! Highly recommend it for anybody going to Saipan. Here are a few highlights! Fostered culture: From the moment we walked in to check in after our red eye flight, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, staff throughout the entire hotel were welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Having had multiple touch points between staff and ourselves be such a positive and genuine experience needs to be attributed to fostered culture and environment built by the staff. Cleanliness: The entire hotel is kept very clean and tidy. The attention to detail was noticeable from the hotel room to the public spaces. Still, the hotel balanced this will a friendly environment welcoming guests to enjoy all the public spaces. I enjoyed working in the early hours in these public spaces while my family slept in. Pools were clean, beach well kept, chairs were comfortable and accessible. Value for money: It is clear that everything needs to be imported. Literally, everything! Considering all of the amenities available, staff to guest ratio, quality of goods and pristine condition of the hotel-- it was an incredible value for money. Thank you for welcoming our family! We greatly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to friends.

I booked 4N5D for my parents who came to visit us in Saipan. The location is fantastic. It's a beachfront hotel located in Garapan where most shops and restaurants are. They could stroll on the beach in the mornings and could go out shopping/dining on foot whenever they felt like doing so. The room was clean, and they especially liked the "openness" of the ground floor (minimum walls & a lot of open space so they could see the beach and feel the breeze).

Hotels are no consideration with the unforeseen circumstances I had, never even thought of giving me consideration to modify my booking since I am unable to travel to the said date due to my unforeseen situation with my family member’s illness. Hotels are only cares about money.

조식은 조금 애매하지만 나름 괜찮아요 룸 컨디션은 엄청 좋아요 쾌적하고 넓고 깨끗해요 칫솔+치약, 샴푸, 린스 모두 있어서 따로 챙길 필요 없어요 근처에 유명한 식당도 많네여 추천해요!

滿意的是價格和風景。房間裏的設施齊備，服務態度很好，如果要提點意見就是房間的隔音有點差，可能因為是家庭房，跟隔壁的房間有一道門，這樣説話的聲音就比較容易聽得清楚了。總體滿意，酒店的沙灘美，可以看到夕陽，美，推薦。

스노쿨링하기좋은 사이판, 그시내 중심가에 위치한 호텔, 여러시설들을 이용하기 참 편리했어요, 리죠트시설이 관리가 훌륭합니다

房間比較潮和悶晚上的時候，我們不是海景房，就是中規中矩吧，我們定了三晚，反正航班時間挺夠嗆，最後一天免費延長到凌晨一點，這個服務不錯，酒店健身房也還不錯該有的都有

2박으로 묵었던 크라운플라자리조트 사이판에 머무는동안 편리함을 위해 이용했어요 객실이 깔끔하고 수영장 이용 즐겁게 했습니다 다만 수영장 피자등,음료 시키는 이용 시간이 pm 8시로 다소 아쉬웠어 크지않은 리조트지만 예쁘고 앞에 마이크로 비치가 아름다워요 2박까지 크게 불편함이 없어 1박을 추가 ! 저의 실수로 날짜를 잘못 선택해서 바로 다른 사이트에서 예약 후 체크인을 원했는데 사이트와 호텔측 간에 오류가 있었는지 2시간 넘게 기다려야했네요...하지만 프론트에 문신이 많은 여성분의 안내가 미흡했던것 같았어요 계속 앉아서 기다리라고 ...계속 기다리라고만ㅜㅜ.. 시간이 너무 지연되어 매니저로 보이는 남성분께 다시 체크인 요청했는데 적극적으로 도와주시고 해결해주셔서 금방 체크인 할수있었습니다 감사했습니다 ..ㅜ 아쉬움이 남지만 좋은 추억도 많이 남기고 왔습니다!

塞班位置最好最舒服的酒店了，對小童很友好，小童玩樂區可玩度很高，酒店泳池很好，服務也不錯，酒店房間也夠大，海景和落日都太美了

아주 친절하고 , 쾌적합니다. 아름다운 바다가 있고 , 위치가 끝내줍니다~~!! 한가지 아쉬운점이 있다면 조식이 제가 그동안 먹어본 조식중 최악입니다~~ 그것빼고는 만점입니다.

좋은 뷰 좋은 위치 해변도 정말 좋음 레이트체크아웃 추가금 내고 사용해서 편했어요
