Hotellet har ett bra läge, cirka 5/7 minuter från flygplatsen. Det är en resort på första våningen i Gardens Mall Salalah. Vi hade problem när vi anlände, de gav oss ett standardrum medan vi bokade ett king size-rum (personalen sa till oss att det syftar på sängstorleken) att detta inte borde vara titeln på annonsen (King Room etc). Vi kontaktade tre personer som var extremt hjälpsamma, hela teamet, snabbt. Om det hade varit ett europeiskt företag, skulle Gud hjälpa oss, ärligt talat (vi vet alla när det gäller nöd och näppe lever de flesta upp till sin säljpresentation). Vi tog också det på oss och pratade med chefen angående detta problem, som gärna uppgraderade oss till ett mycket bra rum. Vi tillbringade en natt i standardrummet, men det var fortfarande ett mycket bra rum. Som tidigare nämnts var vi ute i närheten så vi är inte säkra på maten, bekvämt beläget, ta hissen direkt ner till köpcentret, det finns en stormarknad (Carrefour) och Lulu ligger en kort promenad från köpcentret (gå är inte ett alternativ, det kan du göra det, det är en bit att gå utan tillgång för fotgängare). Personalen var vänlig förutom en dam i receptionen som när hon bad om två glas skickade de minsta kopparna via rumsservice (glasen är bara för restaurangen, fick vi veta) men en annan vänlig dam i receptionen på morgonen (när hon begärde skickade hon dessa). Skulle vi bo där igen? Ja, det skulle vi, men se till att kontrollera vilket rum du bokar. Hatten av för trip.com för att de var där med oss ​​hela vägen. I spent 5 nights at the hotel and really enjoyed it a lot. I deducted a bit for the location since one will only be able to get to the beach using a taxi or car. Bit then again, it is located in a really nice mall and you have all you might possibly need close by. I enjoyed going on a tour to visit some of the Wadis together with Achmed, who really took all the time to satisfy my thirst for knowledge. And I really did enjoy the pool time, with really great service by the team!

I will certainly stay again if I return

Probably the best hotel in Salalah. Rooms were beyond expectations and value for money. Will stay only here in future.

商務出差，訂的一廳兩房，有廚房，有陽台，挺不錯的，就是衹有一個洗手間。酒店跟shopping mall一體，是salalah第二大購物中心，裏面有一家不錯的餐廳，有阿拉伯餐和印度餐。入住比較多歐美遊客，就是早餐比較本土化，一般般，但幸虧有印度奶茶彌補。

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four (2 adults and our two boys, aged 14 and 10), and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. The location was ideal - peaceful yet accessible, and perfect for a family break. One of the real highlights for us was the balcony view from our room. The mountain scenery at dusk and at night was picturesque and very relaxing. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable for the four of us. The room service food was a real bonus - delicious, with great variety, and perfect for those moments when we just wanted to relax after a day out. The pool was a big hit with the boys and a great spot for the whole family to unwind. It was clean, well maintained, and never too busy (we visited during Eid), which made it even more enjoyable. The facilities overall were excellent and really added to our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend the hotel for families looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway with great service and amenities.

Very nice hotel, comfortable . Staff is supportive, especially Irfan who is working as pool attended. He helps us a lot in the special place blue beach. We came with husband and enjoy room service, food and hospitality of local people. Breakfasts are yummy with lot of different plates

Arriving by car from Muscat this hotel has free parking right outside the entrance. Its location is near the city centre and a short and cheap taxi-ride to the beach. The hotel is connected to a large shopping centre. Very convenient. Clean and comfortable room and shower. Four complementary bottles of water each day. Breakfast was good, especially when we found out that we could have expresso coffee and fresh juice if we asked. The hotel is large, and the corridors are long. Pool on the first floor is not large, but fine.
