Good property but cleanliness need to taken care of. Lighting in room could be better. Perfect ambience for family vacation.

The best hotel ever

住了三天兩晚沒有碰到一個亞洲人…在這個年代也是神奇，在旁邊餐廳吃飯跟老闆聊天，一個去過廈門3年的捷克人，説每年大概能遇到10個左右的中國人～全都是歐洲人，美國人也幾乎沒有～很多人交流起來都不會説英語～ 度假村體量很大，入住服務不錯，有擺渡車送到房間並介紹園區及活動，有免費的水上樂園可以去，但週日、週一休息，還有些別的活動，度假村和周邊別墅園區連結，很大。 酒店沙灘區域很長，沖浪很好，第一天到還碰到了奇異的大潮，沖上來密密麻麻無數活蹦亂跳的南極磷蝦，還有很大的海螺。 早餐不錯，第一天有炒牛肉蘑菇、第二天有炒雞肝～

酒店的景色太美了 要是在國內就可以單獨出來當一個度假區就

酒店房間很新 海邊酒店 服務也很好 很乾凈 就是有點潮濕 跟當地的天氣也有關係

This was our fifth great stay at Rotana Salalah. Great service, which created a wonderful atmosphere - thanks to Mrs. Bindu and the whole Team. Great location, beautiful beach, weather, peace and unforgettable atmosphere. Very good cuisine - the Chef and his Team cook wonderfully. Paradise... We will definitely come back again.

Really nice resort. The amenities are great and people are really friendly. Restaurant Arabesque has good food and nice people. Chef Isa is really friendly and made a really nice meal. The beach has really soft sand. The resort is connected to other hotels that you can go and eat there or enjoy the pool.

Rotana resort in Salalah is very well located - approximately 30 minutes from the airport by the bus which is great. The city centre of Salalah is around 20 minutes if you go by car (or local cabs which can be found ight in front of the hotel - the receptionist can provide that). Nearby the resort is other hotels which are completing a big complex of resorts with beautiful beach, shops, incredible sea and the kindest people you can think of. The resort also includes aquapark for kids, tennis playground or local fishing. The room was kept clean the whole time and everytime we needed something the staff provided it quickly without any further complications (for example an extra towel). The surroundings are calm, all you can hear from outside is the sea splashing into the coast (we had a room with a sea view, keep that in mind). In Rotana there are a lot of restaurants you can choose from, if you are a “club person”. We recommend every single one of them, but personally we enjoyed Beach bar restaurant, the most! However during our stay everyone was friendly to us, always welcoming and happy to help. People, who are working at Rotana are happy to be there and will provide you an amazing service. Special thank you goes to Bindu, Nia & Snow from Beach bar restaurant - I’ve never felt so welcome during my stay somewhere. They made every day special and cherished and I will always remember them as the kindest human beings. Bindu, Nia & Snow please know that we miss you and we hope to see you soon!

It is amazing hotel,no time to be boredgenerally really good quality and service, specially Turkish restaurant, staff and chef is so friendly and super helpful. Oman speacially Salalah is full of surprises for us, so positively impressed.

We felt very good at this hotel, good quality food, tasty deserts, nice and well maintened gardens, big beach area, pretty big pool and quiet place generaly (except the big quantity of small children ). We'll certanly come back with more friends.

Special thanks to the General Manager Mr. Ahmed Afifi, Mrs. Mary Ann Casabuena (Frontdesk Manager), Mr. Hassane Omri (Head of the Saffron Restaurant), Mr. Abdelli, Mr. Fawaz, Mr. Moetaz and Mr. Shiva (waiters at the Saffron Restaurant), Mr. Yasin (room cleaning). This was our 11th stay in this hotel - WE ALWAYS COME BACK HERE LIKE HOME. Everything here is appropriate, comfortable. A wide selection of delicious food, beautiful weather, wonderful, long walks along the sea, peace. If you are looking for noise, bustle and intrusive service - you will absolutely not experience it here! As usual, we were treated like royalty. Thank you very much for many invitations to the Silk Road Restaurant (we really appreciated the fact that delicious sushi was prepared especially for us from off the menu and Mr. Ali invited us for creme brulee every day) and a seafood dinner on the beach. Discovering the Arabesque Restaurant was the biggest surprise - we usually don't like Turkish cuisine, but in this place it tastes unpredictable and guarantees an unforgettable experience, which is why we returned here many times during our stay. Several times a day the staff checked if everything was in order and if we needed anything in the room. WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO BUY A HOUSE OR APARTMENT IN THE AREA FOR YEARS, BUT NOTHING CAN REPLACE THE HOSPITALITY, ATTENTIVENESS AND ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL BY THE MANAGEMENT AND EVERY EMPLOEE OF ROTANA SALALAH RESORT. Soon, in March, our next friends will come to the hotel, tempted by the local service, great conditions for rest and a multitude of attractions. Hope to see you soon!

great quiet hotel, friendly and helpful staff, both in the Club restaurant and on Silk Road, also the staff on the Club beach, that's why we came back here. The rooms are clean and spacious and the cleaning is always perfect. They take you to the neighboring hotels by trolley and you can also use their bars, beaches and restaurants

This Salalah Rotana Resort is one of the best hotel you can visit in Salalah Oman. I am returning here again and again. It is the best hotel i had the chance to stay in. They have so good placement - only 45 minutes from airport which is very good. I reccomend everyone to go there. They have very friendly staff members - Managers, receptionists, waiters, chefs, cleaners staff, room service staff, Beach staff, bar staff, Everyone is friendly with you, everyone is trying to help you and do the best for you so you can enjoy your best holiday. I reccomend visiting this hotel , and if you are visiting this hotel I reccomend you to buy ROTANA CLUB , you have better restaurations, more free things like coconuts on beach free, better beds on beach. And if you bought ROTANA CLUB you can visit one time of your holiday the SILK ROAD restauration, so if you are in this hotel for two weeks you can visit it only one time for your vacation stay. If you came another time, you can visit it for free again. You just need to have ROTANA CLUB and make reservation. If you are not ROTANA CLUB member you must pay for it. WAITERS: There are only good waiters :) But the best one is Ashraf. Remember his name. He is so nice to people , always hardworking and trying to help you with everything for you to enjoy the holiday :) I reccommend this waiter, he is so friendly with everyone and every day he came to work he only has smile on his face :) I haven´t seen him with bad mood ever :) He has so much energy and helping so much for you can enjoy your stay in ROTANA. So again, I reccommend you this hotel, there are so friendly staff , so good position of hotel and really good food :) Thanks for all the STAFF and again waiter Ashraf for my best holiday in life

Wonderfully blue, but mostly "wild" sea with the whitest sand ever. Rooms are spacy, clean, well-equipped and every tiny issue or query we had was sorted out in a minute. We especially loved the service, which was amazing within the whole resort, everyone was smilling and kind. Having a "picky" (non-eating, soon 3yrs) baby on board :-), we valued the willlingness of the staff to cook someting extra (plain pasta ;)) even late night. As members of Rotana Club, we truly enjoed the quiet part of the beach, "own" club restaurant and the best care from: waiter Ashraf, waitress Jyoti, Nia, Hiriti and the chef Ajy plus our hotel delegate Miss Rula. Highly recommend this place to everyone. For families with children: you can enjoy - apart from the sea fun - also nice pools, outdoor playing area, indoor kids corner, horse/ camel ride or just long walks long the beach and evening car drive in Marina "shopping centre". Food is available all over the place between main meals in the beach huts, where you can always grab a snack or a nice drink. We have been with our kid 5 times abroad, but Rotana is so far, from overall experience, the most wonderful place we have visited. Shall be very happy to come back to Oman again. I will forever remember our first impression of fragrant entry to Rotana, where ven our baby girl loved do go again to smell the reception hall frankincense aroma :-)
