i had my 37yrs bday celebrated but not satisfy with my stay. coffee stain on the bedside table covered by the phone, cockroach was found near bathroom and bar table and used coffee bag from last guests, shower gel and hair conditioner were empty since we checked in till out, which i did inform the front desk but not fixed, luckily i bring my own! shower room water is leaking pretty bad and gym facilities partly out of order. spa we went wasn't bubble up, partner and I wasn't very happy with the service we got.

Cozy 2 bedroom apartment along pool. Spa, gym was great to use. Location was close to the beaches. Free parking and WiFi at hotel

It is ok for such price. Maybe better stay in summer rather than winter.

Our stay at Oaks Port Stephens was a stop over on our way home from holidays. Everything about the accommodation was perfect! We were even blessed with a room upgrade with a pool view. The room was clean, comfy and well set out. We rate it 10/10

all good but just want to flag that most of the facilities in the gym broke down and the sauna was not hot enough somehow

Location was fine. There are 2 washrooms but note that the one on the 1st level only has the toilet while the one on 2nd level is split into 2 (1 for toilet and 1 for shower). The kitchenware was alright, but there was a rotten banana in one of the cupboards

Accomodation quality wasn’t as great as expected if thinking of price but staff was nice and swimming pool was fantastic. Happy to stay again.

Service upon arrival was friendly, we stayed in a budget room which was very clean and comfortable and very pleasant. Walked around the facilities and will return to indulge in the facilities on our next visit. Walked to the salamander hotel for a steak and seafood dinner, only $25 for seniors and was superb. Highly recommend

This was the 2nd time I've stayed here with my partner and we loved it just as much as the first time, the restaurant makes food to die for the lamb shoulder for 2 is highly recommended because the meat falls off the bone and taste like heaven and the customer service is awesome 10/10 We will definitely be back again soon

The 2 floor apartment is clean and large for a family to stay over. We can prepare our dinner in their well-equipped kitchen. The only thing they can improve is that the toilet door cannot be closed properly.

The pool is great. With a kids area and 2 spa. Staff are friendly but service is poor. I asked to refill the body wash after 2 nights stay (3 adults and 2 kids), but was told they run out of body wash in the reception desk but room cleaning service will refill all when they clean up the next day which did not happen.
