Rooms are not maintained properly. there were small cockroaches and toilet paper was over, no handwash , no dustbin, could literally feel the springs in the bed.

Very hard to get service, cleaning is not there! i have chosen early check-in. But they don't allow before there time

1) room full of cockroaches
2)tv was not working after continuous follow up for 4-5 time they rectified as set top box connection and tv connection was kept disconnected. 3) ac cooling has an issue, also continues water flow from ac vent, after complain they put doormat below the ac vent instead of changing room or rectifying ac problem. 4) not seen any service boy in hotel everything is tried manage by manager at the front desk. 5)no 24 hrs hot water, after 9 o clock in morning when checkd also no hot water.

Ac was leaking water in room. Ac remote was not working no restaurant in hotel so no breakfast available electric kittle and accessories not available bed hygiene was not ok. Bedsheets seemed to be used one. Room had spider webs, broken furniture

The service was bad. We had to literally wait for an hour or so just for bed tea. There was no one in the reception to attend in the mornings. Only after 10am. That is ridiculous. Bathroom tap leaking, fan making a loud screeching sound. We had to ask for glasses. Tea was served in paper cups. I will not recommend to this hotel and neither would i visit. Even a foreigner was waiting in the reception with no attendant in the reception. We had to tell him that the reception opens at after 10am. Seems like the manager is not interested in his business. Thank you.
