Great hotel in a great location. Staff is very attentive to your needs. Elevator could use a cleaning, bit the room was very nice. Roof top bar is fantastic. Short walk to all the atteactions. Some are literally next door.

This is an outstanding hotel. Staff are friendly and pleasant with tons of tips and recommendations. Such a beautiful hotel and the best location in Salem. Sadly we had to leave a night early (family emergency) but the hotel is working with us which speaks very well & they are super understanding. Highly recommend this hotel, worth what you pay for.

Terrific location within walking distance from everything. I loved the mid century modern decor. But best of all, I was so impressed with the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. We stayed three nights and one day my husband wasn’t feeling well. Unprompted the staff at the front desk brought up a tray of assorted teas and lemon. So while the parking may be inconvenient, you really just can’t beat the kindness. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Had a great stay. Bed is super comfy and the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The only downside is you can’t park near the hotel, but once here you are in the middle of everything. The roof top bar had great food and views too.

If you are looking for a hotel in the heart of Salem, this is it! 5/5 Hotel Salem staff is great at communicating with its visitors. The rooftop bar, its staff, and the manager were very nice and friendly and gave great recommendations for food. 5/5. No coffee in the rooms, but they did serve local Atomic Coffee in the mornings – a perfect tradeoff. 4/5 We had a huge room, but the furniture was a bit sparse - scared into the corners. 3/5 The lobby is a restaurant. The cool, hip lounge is tucked in the back of the hotel with no windows to the outside - not very inviting. 3/5 The toilet room in the hotel room was across the entry hallway, not 'in the bathroom' where you need to wash your hands – had no inside handle on the sliding barn doors. Had to cross over into the shower room to wash our hands. I suggest adding a handle and a hand sanitizer dispenser in the toilet room. 2/5 Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but for the price, there are a few details to tend to.

The best experience and staff! Thank you especially to Zachary who went out of his way to make it special for my birthday! From all the front desk staff to the rooftop bar staff it was truly the best experience we have had in all our travels. Already are planning next year’s visit!

Perfect location in Salem. Very friendly and helpful employees. Our room was clean and spacious. The Roof restaurant and bar was nice. I’m an early riser and think the coffee could be available earlier. But, at the same time, if I would have went to ask the front dest, I feel confident they would have made arrangements. Totally recommend and will be going back.

This place is really cute. The staff ends over backward to make you feel comfortable and get whatever you need. It's not real fancy, so don't be expecting The ritz carlton, but it is located in the center of town in the midst of all the bustling activity.

The hotel was in the best location possible, right in the middle of the pedestrian mall, so close to everything. Everything was within walking distance. Great restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean, and the room was huge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
