I stayed in here, Rno 2007 for a week kept very clean throughout , Service was fantastic, Room service people Mrs Indira and Mr Joseph were really friendly and helpful . Made my experience even better . I also got varities of cuisine and a complimentary breakfast with different options.

One of the worst experiences for employees. This resort expects staff to do an excessive amount of work and gives very little consideration to the people working behind the scenes to keep the resort running. The biggest issue is the way employees are treated when they decide to resign. Instead of handling the resignation process professionally, staff can face unnecessary pressure and difficulties, including problems with receiving their earned salary. Blocking or delaying a worker’s salary after they have worked for it is completely unacceptable. Staff are not machines. They work long hours, handle heavy responsibilities, deal with guests, and contribute directly to the resort’s success. At the very least, they deserve their salary on time, proper communication, and basic respect. Management should understand that employees also have rights and responsibilities outside the workplace. If someone chooses to resign, the company should follow a proper process rather than creating problems for the employee or withholding money they have already earned. A resort may look beautiful to guests, but the real quality of a workplace is shown by how it treats its employees when things are not going well. Think carefully before accepting a job here. Ask current and former employees about salary payments, workload, and resignation procedures before making your decision. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel ,

Location is good. Food served by Chef was good and as per what we wanted. That is the only things positive, The room is very old and unappealing. It needs a serious upgrade. The bathroom equipment looked and felt like they were from previous century. Waited 10 mins for hot water to come. 5 mins on H side and 5 mins on C side. No luck. Towels looked old. Thank God I had my own towels. The reception staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. No people to carry bags to your room. The check out took close to 30 minutes !

Good decent property, we choose this enroute to Kodaikanal for over night stay. Neat clean rooms and bathroom. Good bedding have nice sleep. Key USP is it’s bang on highway so no wasting time continue journey. Only issue is slow services which they need to improve.

We two stayed for 2days. It was a great experience. Polite staff. Lightning response. Highly recommend.
