Day time 11th May Room boy not of helping nature. When I went to find taxi, my 15 year daughter carried all 3 heavy loaded trunks ***** with her 88 years old grandpa.

On the first day they gave us a room where the AC was functional and the entire night we were sweating but the next day when we informed the reception guy he immediately checked and allocated another room and in this room the AC was functional. The reception guy was very professional and provided on time help. But my request is to keep a check of all the basic amenities on a regular basis so that their guests need face these kinds of problems. And one more thing from the time you check-in the room service guys keep asking what time will you check out so that they don't miss to collect tips from the guests this can be avoided.

Very bad experience in Hotel; staff is good, but the reception guy is very rude to the customers. They charged me 900 extra and they didn't pay me the bill. Everything we need to ask, not even towel they provided nor soap

I was booked two deluxe non AC rooms, both the rooms bed sheets and pillows were looks like old one and bathrooms one is good but another bathroom was very bad condition closet also shaking, very difficult to sit. They are provided water bottles but not a ceiled bottle reused bottles they are given they are telling if you required you have to purchase. bath towels also looks like very old. reception staff behavior also not good, rough characters and looks like we are staying in free accommodation. not recommended for clean and hygienic stay...

The best part of the Hotel is it's location. I believe it's a very old Hotel hence it's situated in a prime location with good restaurants somewhat near by.
It doesn't have rood options but the helpers can get u tea, water and other necessary things.
The AC was good, parking was available.
The things that can be improved are food options.

Good location, average maintenance. The absence of a lift discourages me as a senior citizen to return there.

Spiders and were there in whole hotel as well as in rooms and bahtroom, Flies and Cockroah in Room.
Dirty linen and Pillow, Pillow was infact not having cover, Old pillow with Hairs on it and on bed also.
