Extensive menu where the chef discusses your personal taste. Historically charming and perfect get away from the bustle of the beach. Pool table and beautiful swimming pool add to the holiday atmosphere. Spa onsite at reasonable cost. Cannot sing this hotel's praises enough.

Really enjoying my stay here, the staff has been wonderful and you can see the Portuguese influence everywhere from the building to the art work and decor of the establishment. The pool side is wonderful to hang out at with a drink in the evenings and just soak in the sound of running water and the lush forest. Speaking of the establishment being it’s a smaller property it feels they put a lot of effort in making sure guests needs are met. For example The manager Arpit has been very helpful in arranging transportation to see the sites around north Goa.

From check in to check out, everything was fast and smooth!! What blew me and my family away was the attention to serving the guests. Nothing was too much for them, they accommodated every single need that we had. Everyone I met whether Laltu, Narpinder, the two Rakeshs and Chef Narendra, were at your service. I cannot emphasise this more, ask what you want and they’ll deliver it to the best of their ability. And of course Arpit, the manager, warm friendly, welcoming and omnipresent!! I’ve been to many hotels with big names but none touch the level of warmth that the Storii Shanta Morada does. Sure, it does help that it is much smaller and so more personalised, but therein lies its USP. You’re telling a good Storii and I hope there are many more beautiful chapters in future, thank you all!!

We were a little apprehensive about staying in a boutique hotel but all these thoughts vanished when we checked in. The hotel is located in a peaceful area and the staff is extremely friendly. The warmth of the entire team won our hearts. The chef took so much pains to meet our dietary preferences something even the bigger hotels would struggle. Beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi bar. Mr Arpit the hotel manager was very helpful and always available with a smile. Can’t wait to go back again!

A delightful stay this Christmas at Storii Shanti Morada in Saligao. Super facilities - the rooms, pool, dining, spa… and impeccable service, always with a smile, from all the staff. I’d recommend without hesitation if you’re after a rejuvenating and peaceful stay amidst the delights of North Goa.

Our desire to experience Goan heritage stay lead us to Shanti Morada. Its a restored , renovated property that has history from 1897. It is a beautiful property on a slope, located in quiet neighbourhood surrounded by greenery. The property is well maintained with all facilities for a comfortable stay. Since it has 20 rooms, it is less crowded and quiet. It is very peaceful. The old Goan charm is retained in the dark yellow external walls, tiled roof, wrought iron columns, period furniture, tile patterns on the stairway, well (closed with grill), garden with trees , the Goan windows, door frames and the corridors opening out into the world outside. The attention to details is amazing. The property has a billiards table , a book case with light reading books, clean swimming pool, jacuzzi bar. We found the rooms to be spacious, well ventilated and clean. There is enough parking space. The property story was narrated well by the manager. He and his team were great hosts. The staff are polite , helpful and do their best to make their clients stay comfortable. We got to know them, their life stories and stories of their home towns. We are grateful for the opportunity to engage in conversations with them and learn from them. We enjoyed complimentary breakfast that had variety for vegetarians too. We ate dinner during our stay and explored different cuisine. Tasty food was made to our preferred spice levels. The children loved the safe space , swinging on the indoor period wooden jhula, walking up and down the indoor and outdoor staircases, pool side dinner and breakfast. They were fascinated by the audio Bhagavad Gita. We are glad that we got to experience a peaceful, memorable stay at this beautiful place which was a home to many generations.
