Had a great stay! The room was in excellent condition, and the pool was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend for families.

HORRIBLE _POLICE _6 COPS_ STAFF WAS HARRASING MY FAMILY + TORTURING STAFF 4hrs of SAGA One of the most pathetic experience is and horrifying we had in our past 12 years of travelling to Goa. Highly and professional staff and they do wrong commitments by showing you a bigger room but get overbook and then your left with no other choice an option. There hotel policies also don't support any kind of refund or any kind of adjustment we had to call the cops and 1120 in the night there there star started Canning up and 8 to 10 people started knocking a doors and threatening us to where the consequences and almost shut our electricity. My two kids are really fearful and almost in horrifying state of mind. Super thanks to the PSI Pratiksha madam from the women cell of Goa and the super cop Mr Swapnil Naik Saheb who finally helped as in getting rescued the next day in proper video footage by ensuring that we are not getting harmed but the 4 hours of harassment can't be forgotten neither must be forgiven. Karma will bite the staff one Mr joycee at the front desk, his manager, another GUY is Devendra there so called UNION LEADER) & all those miscreants who made our life cutie and give us lot of stress...!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I stayed in this place many years ago, and had good memories. Now everything is totally different. Place has signs of wear, but most of it there is a major issue with staff. My breakfast was supposed to be included but ended up that everything is on charge, even coffee!! Also, there is a Major acoustic problem, I woke up at 6am as loud people talking in the hall outside my room gave the impression they were in the room. Lastly, I arrived exhausted in the morning, and even if the hotel was barely occupied they would not give me my room as check in time was after 2pm, so they made me go in a crumpsy toilet next to the kitchen… finally, no toilet paper in the room!! Not nice when you realize it when you are already in the toilet!!

When i check about this hotal on online then i see after reached at hotal that is same not change any something. After booking they are allow 3pm but. One person is name kapil he has provide 2:15. As well as good behaviour. Everything thing is good my experience.
