Premier Inn Salisbury South Milford

Hotel was nice and fairly new. Rooms were ok and clean. Do not like shower curtains in rooms but it is what it is. Checking in was ok despite being told the room was ready for us but if we wanted it now we would have to pay £15.00 for early check in. We had no choice but to pay this as had to be put of the room to go to a family event at 13.30. Seems a rip off when the room was ready. Breakfast was very poor and all dry and over cooked.

You get exactly what you pay for — a clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff. It wasn’t overly busy, which made for a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Ideal for a simple stopover or short break. Would happily stay again! Just out side the town which was ideal

Stayed for one night, brilliant hotel, great location close to town and park and ride right outside, great value for money, staff very friendly housekeeping friendly especially Kasia and Amber at breakfast. Will definitely return!!!!!

The stay was amazing, don’t know the guy wearing glasses at the desk who checked me in (Ed Sheeran lookalike) was so polite and very kind. Handsome too!! The lady in the morning was thoughtful as well as she helped. Great stay and I would return again soon.

Its always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. They’d treat you like family, always ready help and accommodate all the requests. Special thanks to Adrian, Barry, Philip, Debbie P and Amber. from the management who made my stay so comfortable and lovely. Adrian and Amber especially as they work well and you hard together, those two are great as they both go above for me. Would incredibly miss the scrumptious food being made by Dean and levent. Thank you guys for everything 😊

Booked this Premier Inn as it looked new and was ideal for what we were looking for. After travelling 7 hours to get to the hotel we were told by the receptionist that we were unable to book for a meal on the evening as there was no staff!! There was only the chef and receptionist on duty for the whole of the hotel and restaurant! So we went to McDonald’s as they were on the same site as hotel. Following night we ate in the restaurant. But again no staff. Food was poor and service the same. Had breakfast on the Sunday before leaving for a long journey home more staff on duty but the fried breakfast was not as good and nice as it could off been. It was dry and looked like it had been sitting under the heat server for some time. No receptionist on duty when we left to complain to. Stayed in a lot of premier inns over the last 20 years but WILL NOT be staying in them anymore. Very poor show.
