Modern, stylish and quiet stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless!

It was a newly refurbished, lovely hotel, and we were very satisfied with our room and the service. We would love to return, but the duvet cover was torn, the mattress wasn’t very comfortable, and the location was a bit far from the station. Overall, though, it was a good experience.

Hotel is being upgraded, room as it looks in the photos, very friendly staff, excellent service and breakfast 😊

Lovely stay at a charming hotel just on the edge of the city. Beautiful building, cosy room, stylish design in the bar and lobby and super friendly staff at reception, housekeeping and at breakfast. Thank you!

Such a great team, extremely friendly they have just refurbished the rooms and hotel The mocktails were amazing The food is extremely good, I actually invited my local friends down for Dinner and lunch and they were talking about it the next day which is always a good sign. I would definitely stay again the only thing I would say, is the beds/mattress are extremely firm. But everything else is perfect 👌

因為火車取消，被迫中轉一晚。酒店是老闆根據自己的大house裝修的，非常温馨，房間也很大。美中不足不提供拖鞋和牙刷。

차없이 가기에는 많이 힘들어요 배쓰역에서 1시간정도 걸었어요 가는길에 풍경이 무척예쁘지만 비가오고 어두워져서 걸어가기 힘들었어요 침구류와 청결도 그리고 물이 잘나와서 좋았어요 아침에 일어나서 식당에 갔는데 뷰도 좋고 음식도 좋았어요 친절한 직원분들 그리고 아담하지만 깨끗한 방에서 잘지내다가 왔어요 아침에는 뷰가 좋아서 강따라 걸어서 로만바쓰까지 산책해서 왔는데 새소리 물소리 그리고 멋진 자연환경. 너무 좋았어요.

建築有一定歷史了，還是古董的鑰匙連房卡都沒有😅。房間不是特別乾燥，好在當天氣温不高，要不房間應該能悶熱。早餐雖然都是那些種類，這家到底是餐廳味道還是可以的，服務也熱情。總體還行吧，離Salisbury火車站有些距離，打車5鎊多吧。

A wonderful stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Large king room was clean and the bathroom was great size. We stayed on dinner, bed and breakfast booking. Food was fabulous. Burger...to die for !!! Breakfast had a fab selection on offer. Good wine selection in bar and it was a very nice place to chill out in. A 10 minute flat walk gets you into town centre. Would definitely recommend a stay and we will be back soon. Yes, the soundproofing does need sorting (snoring) but apart from that, it was a perfect stay.

Just called the reception to enquire about the ‘New Years Eve Extravaganza’. Described as ‘Join us for an unforgettable New Year's Eve Extravaganza featuring a gala dinner, live entertainment, a spectacular midnight celebration and overnight stay in one of our beautifully refurbished rooms’. I planned to book for a party of 5 for the extravaganza, which was described by the reception as a meal and Disco. So not all that Extravagant anyway by the sounds of it. I planned to book for 5 people at £95 per head and in addition to book two or three rooms depending on room availability. The receptionist confirmed that the booking of 5 would be fine for the Meal and Disco. She didn’t have any detailed information on the disco so would put me through to ‘events’. The ‘events’ member of staff however was only willing to relay a message to say that the event is not suitable for children. Wouldn’t give a reason why or any more information as she was ‘too busy’. And despite relaying messages through the receptionist (so was obviously stood right next to her) thought I wasn’t important enough to be spoken to directly or offered a call back. Terrible service. You’ve just lost over £1200 of business Mitford Hall, (before any drinks were bought) because your event staff member thinks they’re too important to take calls or answer questions. It baffles me that a person working in a hotel offering a service at £95 a head, with slots still to fill, can have such an arrogant opinion of there self that they think they’re too important to answer a couple of questions in person about the event. Due to their overinflated self importance their employer just lost in the region of £1500. Best of luck with that one.

This hotel was so perfect for us. Two beautiful spacious rooms decked out with everything we needed for a relaxing family stay. Super bedding, pillows and towels! Peaceful, smart and quiet hotel with lovely lighting everywhere. 10 mins walk one way to the leisure centre where we all went swimming, 10 mins walk the other way into gorgeous Salisbury. Thanks Milford Hall Hotel for a real treat. We would love to return.

First time staying here (have stayed in pretty much all of the hotels in Salisbury). Excellent large room, very clean, lovely bed linen and comfortable bed. Quiet! Car park but a 20 min max walk from the train station. 10 mins walk into the city centre. Superb staff - friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and a fantastic work Christmas lunch.

Visited site for work management meeting. We were accommodated in the library which was very comfortable. The food was very good as was the service. Angie made sure all our requirements were met and on time throughout the day. The hotels new decor was very fresh and modern but keeping some of the original features which is a very nice touch.
