Wow. What can I say? This hotel is beautiful. Very close to the amusement parks, beautiful hotel. I was very pleased with the hotel staff and the services offered. I went all inclusive, breakfast was amazing so much to choose from, lunch I had within the park which was delicious and dinner was also good. Definitely recommend the hotel, will book again for next year for sure.

Pros - close to the park and close enough to go for food at night. Breakfast was nice and not to busy if you go at 8am. Expect to queue otherwise Cons - we did the roulette but they didn't even tell us which hotel we were in. We ended up just turning up to el paso and finding that we were meant to be staying there. They also failed to send through our room number and then to top it off after giving details to reception for our pickup car the security refused entry because they hadn't been sent through. Pool side loungers were really uncomfortable. Toilet paper was worse than the 2 star budget we stayed in next and some toiletries that were meant to be provided were empty. I wouldn't class this as a 4star hotel and we didn't even visit in peak season so some of the above isn't something I would expect.

El hotel fue una maravilla tanto la limpieza, el servicio, las instalaciones y por supuesto la tematización. Como también el buffet que ofrece en el desayuno que me parece de muy buena calidad. Repetiré con esta oferta seguramente.

Buen servicio con el check in online rápido. Desayuno delicioso en un restaurante grande. La lástima son los turnos de desayuno, que hacen que tengas un poco de estrés por coger la comida.

Es war ein sehr guter Aufenthalt hier. Im Preis inbegriffen war das Frühstück, freier Aufenthalt im Park PortAventura sowie ein Tag im Ferrari Land. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr geräumig und besitzt ein großes Doppelbett und ein kleines Einzelbett.

Nos dieron alojamiento en hotel el paso aunque hemos reservado en el Hotel PortAventura

Nos tocó Hotel Caribe. Tuvimos que llegar a preguntar que hotel nos habían asignado porque no nos mandaron el email el día anterior. Recomendamos desayunar temprano porque luego hay mucha gente, hay que reservar previamente la hora.
