Hôtel parfait , le personnel est sympathique , tous sans exception nous sommes restés 1 nuit de plus soit au total 4 nuits , les chambres propres , l'hôtel aussi , un endroit parfait pour se détendre . Lovely weeks stay, the highlight for us was the food and location to the beaches. There was a nice selection of food. and pleasantly surprised how hot the food was. I have ceoliac disease and found there was a good choice for me. The head chef would take me around the restaurant and advise me on what I could have. At breakfast there were gf toast, cake and biscuits and brownies at evening meal, you have to ask for these. We upgraded to a suite and so glad we did, it had an extra room with sofa bed, TV and storage,ideal for our eldest son. There are a couple of cheap bars across the rd and the two nearest beaches were lovely,and I would highly recommend the coastal walk. We would return as it was a good base.

Stayed here from 18-25 September, Great hotel, fantastic holiday, all the staff were Amazing, from reception to dining staff to bar staff to entertainment staff, All of them were amazing. Great selection of food everyday. It was my birthday whilst we were there and I was surprised by a nice bottle of bubbly and chocolate being brought to my room, never had a hotel do that before, was amazing . We were a group of adults and we had an amazing time, the first few days of our holiday rained but that didn’t matter because hotel was great. This is a 3star hotel but I think it seems more of a 4 star, ive stayed at 4stars that were nowhere near as good as this hotel, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Emailed hotel beforehand and got the room we requested high floor with a pool view. Room was clean and spacious and a decent size balcony. Check-in was very slow and took up to 45 minutes, remember to have your booking on email handy. Showing your card at the restaurant was a bit of a pain, seen loads get turned away because they forgot to bring to restaurant including ourselves on first evening. Reception and restaurant staff very good but bar staff need training in manners, not one smile between them and just slam your drinks down on bar. Food was varied and very nice, plenty of selection and nice desserts. Drinks are nice and a good selection on all inclusive. Hotel and grounds are clean and plenty of sunbeds for everyone, did not use pool but it was a good size. Close to beaches, cap salou which is beautiful and a lovely walk and loads of bars and restaurants, shanklys is a must if your a Liverpool fan like us! The only gripe we had on our holiday and i must stress was not the hotels fault but we had very noisy neighbours who were arguing and drunk every night and after the 3rd day they were fighting in the early hours of the morning so i phoned reception and they chucked the one man out never to be seen again. We would definitely come back to Salou and this hotel in the future, possibly even next year.

On arrival check in fine but the couple next to us were being relocated due to overbooking. We didn't get much info your just meant to find and figure everything out yourself. Rooms are no way fit for more than 2 adults 1 small child. We had two kids and it's far too small for space and beds. Having two small doubles pushed together is not ideal at all. Staff weren't the friendliest this seemed to be the theme throughout always looked confused when id ask the most simple stuff. Restaurant staff seemed to be the worst no hello etc and when I was short changed by 10 euro before I can ask if that was right she raised her hand and said next (I asked the greeter on way out she said she thought I had been short changed as she was the one handling cash so gave me it back) Honestly no idea where the entertainment where. Unless your up at 10.00pm when a show is scheduled I honestly saw someone once. We tried to visit the mini club but it was a room with sofas and books and one guy on a laptop from the team so bit confused didn't try again. Food was nice I didn't think it was repetitive at all. Obviously the salad bar, bread and pasta sections can't change much but the hot stuff and show cooking was different every night. Dessert were all sickly sweet stuff weren't the best. Breakfast was our favourite lovely fresh baked pastry, fry up items, eggs cooked to order and unlimited hot and fresh drinks to. Pool area was great and spotless the cleaners all around the hotel do a great job! They are friendly too! Plenty space and sun loungers. The pool tables inside make a nice edition we enjoyed a game or two. Location is good 15 min walk to main shops but supermarket on corner next to hotel is fab. The bus plana gentleman is very helpful across the road we booked a few things with him great price!! Flawless trip to Barcelona. Water park closed due to 'bad weather forecast ' ended up being bright and sunny no issues so that was a let down now hoping for refund. Would deffo come back to salou but different hotel if there is anything better.

The hotel itself was clean and located in a good location with shops and bars located around it, it was also a 15 minute walk from the main strip however be warned if you have disabilities or prams to push as this hotel is located on a incline and as a result walking back to the hotel can be a bit of a track. The hotel is also about a 40 minute walk to Portaventura World however there is a Bus Plana stop right outside the doors that has frequent buses taking you to a broad range of locations, Portaventura in about 10/15 minutes 4 times a day. The food in the hotel was a delight as both myself and Girlfriend are fussy eaters and was a bit reluctant about the food as we were staying All Inclusive but I have to say the food surprised us with there only being one evening we struggled to find something that we would eat but we settled for Pasta. The other gripe I had was the choice of beer and that there was only one to choose from and that being Amstel which I have to say gets sickening quickly in my opinion, a Spanish alternative would be appreciated. The all inclusive drinks are based on a 1 drink per token basis and you're given 1 token per person on arrival which you exchange for a plastic cup of your drink of choice which is returned to you once you return the cup. As you can imagine this can get a bit annoying as you will constantly need to walk back and forth to the bar to get another drink as opposed to being able to order 2 at a time but other than that the drink selection is okay for an all inclusive resort,be warned if you want water as unless you have your own bottle to fill up they will require a token in order for a cup to be used. The snacks throughout the day (in-between meal times) are adequate and are limited to 2 snacks per person at a time which for the most part is fine as I don't see anyone needing more than 2 snacks at a time unless you're ordering for multiple people that is. There is a Spa (indoor pool and 2X Hot Tubs) located underneath the hotel but requires a shower cap to be worn to access this so either pack your own or be prepared to pay €3 for one in the hotel, other than that the spa is free to use. There are 2 elevators in this hotel which are quite small (anymore than 2 people can be a squeeze) so people with wheelchairs and prams be warned as you may have to wait a few attempts in order to get a lift with room particularly during peak times. The entertainment for children seems to be good as they have entertainment teams that have pool parties, pool football etc during the day and shows for the kids in the evening however as a couple without children the adult entertainment was lacking, they had a magician one of the evenings, Karaoke and Spanish dancer's the next few evenings but this maybe lasts an hour or two before 11PM hits and they pack up whereas other hotel's nearby had tribute acts on and other shows going until 12AM most nights so there will be a quiet period between when the entertainment stops at
