Lovely modern clean hotel ,great food ,cleaning staff really friendly and efficient , waiting on staff lovely but omg beware the receptionist from hell Alexandria , encountered twice and so sullen and aggressive , totally unhelpful and looked like she hates her job ! First impressions count and I'm afraid she is not helping Ur business . Won't be returning for that reason alone .

100% not a 4*.very clean and modern although food is poor,same every day !! Same cereal,meat chips ECT.only water served with full board for meals.pool crammed,no toiletries in room or kettle ,np room phones work. ,even premier inn has toiletries,no daytime entertainment,activities.be aware football teams arrive June _ August so if your not with a football team it won't be mentioned to you ,!

I’m actually here now and to be fair the hotel in itself is fine.The cleaning staff are lovely but the rest are some of the most ignorant people iv ever came across. If you want a quiet holiday, do NOT book this hotel it is absolutely full with young teenagers, apparently for a tournament but I spoke to a regular who said they are here every year.The entertainment was absolutely shocking, even the bar staff agreed , it truly was horrendous and the kids one didn’t start till 9.30 ??? Food was nice , we could usually find something to eat .Would I come back , No , for various reasons , would I recommend, No.

Came on holiday with my fiancé and 2 young children who are 3 years and 8 months old. The hotel and room are lovely, a lot of the staff are also nice however their where a few who where extremely rude. However if you have young children or want a quiet holiday do not come to this hotel! We booked for 2 weeks and the whole time we where here there have been swarms of teenage kids, high school age. The kids are rude and have no consideration for anyone else at the hotel, their teachers leave them to their own device and don't seem to be supervising them. They have nearly hurt my 3 year old in the pool and shown no consideration, behaving provocative around the pool (where a lot of small children are) even in the kids pools, shouting from very early in the morning till after midnight, pushing, shouting insults, you name it these children have been doing it. Absolutely devastated that a little family holiday we have been looking soo forwards to has turned out like this, my poor little boy has had very limited time in the pool due to it not being safe for him and he's been saying he can't wait to go back home . I'll never put my children through this again and will not be returning.

Upon arrival was pleasantly surprised how nice the reception area was ,staff helpful and polite (most of them anyway) the room was acceptable clean and tidy nice bathroom (no tea making facilities) but did get a kettle from reception (deposit of 20euros) pool area lovely bar staff efficient the lady who cooks in the snack bar was lovely.BUT THEN THE SCHOOL CHILDREN DESCENDED we had no idea the hotel hosts hundreds of children althoughout May/June, the restaurant and pool area were so busy and so loud when the children were there we spent most of our time planning when to eat and swim around their schedule it is not what you want on your holiday and when one very large group left another 2/3 groups arrived. Evening Entertainment ok (no daytime activities) food really nice good choice every day , but wouldn't return to this hotel because they host the school children and it's a good 15 minute walk to shops and beach.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. This holiday was an absolute waste of money. We booked this to relax and that was the last thing we did. They have football teams of kids coming in every few days and on 3rd day there was two different lots of kids with their families. I’m talking 2 groups of 60 kids being very disrespectful and rude in the pool splashing you, throwing balls breaking every rule the hotel had and the parents don’t intervene and the staff at the hotel also don’t get involved. With all the kids then breakfast dinner and teas were all absolutely heaving with kids so loud all shouting. Playing in the pool till 10pm. Running up and down corridors kicking balls, knocking on doors and playing music through speakers really loud. There was no help really from staff just allowed them to do it. So gutted as really wasted my money would have rather stayed at home would have been more relaxing. I do wish they would advertise that they take in these very large groups of kids as might stop people wasting their money in future as it’s not fair. Also there was a horrific smell a lot in the reception area like sewage and also had that smell in our room a lot which was really unpleasant. Also there was a couple of small issues with the facilities like the shower head wouldn’t stay in position so would just drop against the wall and the bathroom flooded with the shower and also the hair dryer was missing the safety guard so was anxious of catching my hair in it. Would deffo say this is no where near a 4 star and can get much better in the area for the price. Around the pool area is quite small when it’s busy it can be hard to walk through to the bar. The only upside was the bed was quite comfy.
