Arrived mid October to have a holiday and enjoy the rally cars. Lovely clean entrance, friendly receptionist were given choice of 3 rooms choose 2nd floor upgrade with wraparound balcony with the extra €10 a night. Place and room spotless, good kitchen, comfy beds and sofa.Plenty of room and storage, stayed 6 nights towels changed twice. Good shower and bath.Friendly staff extra toilet rolls and complementary toiletries.Pool good size but too cold for me this time of year but kids loved it.Restaurant Lazy Wave good food & drinks.Everything close by, beach 5 mins around the corner, central to shopping and close to Portaventura. Will be back soon ❤️

Stayed for a week in August, easy check in with multilingual staff. Had to pay 80 euro deposit which we did not know about prior to arrival but this was returned when we departed. Pleased with room and amenities- microwave, fridge, hobs, kettle, cutlery and more. Plenty of towels were provided and room changed twice a week. Had a really nice balcony. Beds were comfortable including the sofa bed, all staff friendly including at the bar and adjacent restaurant. 2 Convenient lifts to use which was great. There are Supermarkets, restaurants and beach all just a short walk away. Air con was included which is not always the case with other hotels. Would stay again, thank you

This is our second stay in the Cye and will definitely stay again , the apartments are so central to everything there so clean very spacious room and lovely friendly reception staff. We had a corner room so the balcony was smaller than others and in the shade but it kept our room really cool so we didn’t mind ! Last year we visited the last week of June and the pool area was quite no rush getting up early for sunbeds , this year we came second week of July and it was the same the only negative I have is the sunbeds could do with an upgrade (so uncomfortable) and there’s only maybe 5/6 umbrellas for the whole pool ! There’s a big supermarket around the cornor of apartments and one across the road but right beside apartments is a little shop with everything you need and the most friendliest guy working there ! Had breakfast & lunch in the lazy wave underneath the apartments it was fine but there’s lots of great places real close by to eat ! Will definitely return to the Cye

Lovely spacious fully equipped apartment. Including coffe machine, iron and hair drier. Cleaned daily and fresh towels. No supplement for single person. Pool and bar area. Close to beach shops and restaurants. Supermarkets nearby. Felt very safe travelling here as a solo traveller.

Yet again me and the hubby had another amazing stay at the CYE,everything was as perfect as it always is,the rooms we love,the staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful.They are close friends now not just people who book us into our apartment.They are so happy when we give them our british chocolates.can't wait to return.we stayed in room 511 which was lovely but what i would give to stay in 611 lol.

Genuinely could not fault these apartments for a family holiday. Very well equipped, very comfortable beds, tons of hot water and powerful showers and fabulous friendly and helpful staff. My only issue with the place was the very uncomfortable, old sun loungers that didn't make sunbathing pleasant. The other issue, which is NOT the fault of CYE is the excessively loud music being played from a nearby hotel that only seemed to start at 10pm. I am a double hearing aid wearer (with a full 40% hearing loss in both ears) and I could STILL hear the disturbance WITHOUT my hearing aids in. We had a great stay and would recommend these for location, comfort and price.

Fabulous reception staff . We arrived early due to our flights but were able to check in and have our room at 2.30 pm. Rooms are well equipped and very clean with large balcony.Asked for another pillow no problem! Pool area is lovely and lazy wave attached bar /restaurant is very good. Thank you for a lovely stay

This is a lovely hotel very central clean and comfortable I would stay again. We booked through love holidays and they sent us to Barcelona airport which was 138km away there were 8 of us they only do 7 seater taxis so it cost us 700 euro extra on taxis to and from hotel. You can get a bus but it takes just over 2 hours to get there from Barcelona and the hotel does not organise transport

Lost count in the times coming to the Cye. Again we had another great time. Apartments are spotlessly clean as is everything in the complex. Great location, in the centre of Salou minutes from everything. Really well equipped for self catering, even extra pillows in the cupboard in the lounge. Now to the reception staff, Monzi, Angle and Sandy, again a very warm welcome from them all. They are So pleasant and obliging. We thank them all for making our stay a most enjoyable one. Early departure, handed keys to a very pleasant chap by reception. Look forward to returning next year. Best wishes to you all Barbara & Graham Apt 503.

Great Hotel which is situated close to all the restaurants & bars & supermarkets & the beach is a 5 minute walk away. Receptionists all very nice & helpful. Rooms are clean & the beds are very comfortable. Fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave, Hob, Cutlery & plates/glasses all provided. A/C is fabulous. Had a great holiday & will return at some point.

No TV for the first week and when it was repaired there was no English speaking stations I did enjoy Salou and hope to go back there again. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Next time I hope to explore more of the area as I found it a lovely place to relax.

A nice hotel. Comfortable beds, nice clean rooms and a decently sized pool with many loungers. The attached bar is lovely with good food and drinks. A few drawbacks though. - only one pillow per bed. Would be nice to have more. - loungers very uncomfortable (just plastic). Please upgrade these! - only six parasols for the whole pool. More would be nice. - someone had a poop in the pool on one day. Took a while for someone to come and clean it. All they did was add more chlorine and scoop the big chunks out. - WiFi signal is shocking. Had to buy an eSIM and use my own data. - 100 Euros went missing from a wallet that was left in the room. Unsure who is responsible.

Fabulous week spent in the Apartments CYE, beautifully situated hotel close to all amenities. Staff very helpful especially front desk staff who made check in very easy. We checked out at 4am and the gentleman on duty was also very pleasant. Rooms are well equipped and very comfortable, as a family of 4, all adults, we had adequate room. Our room was on the 6th floor and with a pool view, we were able to enjoy the balcony and watch the world go by. There was never an issue with sunbeds as people seemed to spend a few hours at the pool and then move on leaving beds free for others. We would definitely recommend Apartments CYE and would consider returning in the future.

Absolutely disgusted with this hotel, i couldn’t wait to get home! Firstly there is an £80 deposit needed in cash only which isn’t made clear anywhere! On our first morning we went downstairs to wait for the pool doors to be open at 9am (which also isn’t made clear anywhere) and we were ‘greeted’ by the nastiest woman i’ve ever encountered, we got screamed at for wanting to go on the sunbeds, she was accusing us of wanting to leave our towels on the sunbeds and then never return to them which was not the case at all and we were infact down there all day. All of this screaming was also infront of our kids which i also thought was disgusting and unprofessional. Me and my partner actually looked at going to the hotel opposite for the rest of the holiday as we were so disgusted with the way we had been spoken too. A couple days after this we looked over our balcony to find that there was human poo in the pool! and we also over heard people encouraging there kids to urinate in the pool which is vile. The day after this there was a fight in the reception which one of our kids saw and didn’t want to leave the room afterwards due to the fact one of the guests were being super creepy towards children! as you can imagine this was very scary! Our room was only cleaned once and this was the day before we were leaving, i wouldn’t even call it clean. They made our beds and that was it. The sheets weren’t changed and the bedside tables were still dirty, the floor was filthy our feet were black! If you are coming to this hotel i recommend bringing slippers! You are also not allowed any floats in the pool, not even the tiniest ball otherwise once again you will get screamed at! The sunbeds were so broken and actually quite dangerous as they had huge holes in the middle that we would fall through, there wasn’t even any padding to help make these comfier. This hotel is definitely not a family friendly hotel at all and not even a friendly hotel in general, i’m honestly so disappointed in this stay and i’m so glad to be home! do NOT book this hotel!!!

We are sorry to hear that you that your agency did not inform you that at arrival we ask for a breakages deposit of 80 Euros or 70 English pounds in cash. At your check-out we have returned you the full amount of the breakages deposit. We regret to hear that you had a bad experience with one of our staff members. We do want to inform you that it is strictly forbidden to reserve the sunbeds. Therefore, our staff is informing constantly about the rules but of course it was never our intention to be rude. We would like to inform you that our swimming pool is controlled at all times by a computer that will indicate, control and regulate chlorine and pH levels, we also carry out manual controls twice a day and an authorized laboratory carries out tests on the water samples on our premises and on a regular basis, they all have come back correctly. We are very sorry to hear that you perceived a fight in between two other guests, our staff was also there to stop them, for us it was also very unpleasant to experience this. Unfortunately, it is no possible for us to control the behavior of other people. We would like to inform you that the cleaning of the apartment and the change of towels is twice a week, the bedlinen is changed after 7 nights. You have the possibility to have extra cleaning services paying a supplement at reception for each extra services that you want. Due to safety reasons, it is not allowed to use floats in our pool area. Our lifeguard is very strict because safety in one of our main purposes. We are very sorry to hear that you perceived our sunbeds as uncomfortable. We would like to inform you that we have a lot of families with children staying in our apartments, one of our strengths is that we have returning guests for over more that 15 years.
