Hôtel propre bien situé ! L’accueil de Madu est top ! La chambre propre bien nettoyée . Seul bémol des remontées d’odeur d’égout dans la douche à corriger ! Les gens ne respectent plus personne ils claquent leurs portes et courent dans les couloirs à 7h du matin pour aller prendre leurs petit dej .

Well run hotel,good food, good bar areas very clean. Situated close to beach and shops only a few minutes walk to each. The municipal park nearby is a welcome break. The land train is also an enjoyable way to see Salou. Really enjoy our holiday would return.

I would like to share my review of the Best Los Angeles Hotel in Salou. I’ll start with the positives—good location and a working refrigerator in the room. Now, moving on to the negatives. The staff at both the reception and the cafeteria were very unpleasant; they gave the impression that they were working there reluctantly, especially the bald man. The food was terrible, with the same options for breakfast and dinner every day, and having to pay for water at dinner was another joke. The rooms were very small, the bathroom was dirty and cramped. Despite leaving a “please clean the room” sign, the cleaning staff did not clean the room; they only replaced the towels and took out the trash. There is no hand bands, they give you a piece of paper and you have to show the paper to the staff member to use the canteen While I didn’t expect miracles, this was still supposed to be a four-star hotel

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are nice and cleaned every day. We had all inclusive and we have to praise the food menu. Breakfast - omelets, eggs or pancakes will be prepared fresh for you while you wait, the other selection of food is also very large. Lunches were also rich in choice, and dinners were the best - extra themed international cuisine every evening. During lunch and dinner, they will prepare a fresh steak while you wait. The staff was pleasant, helpful and despite the large number of people who pass the restaurant, they manage everything quickly. It is about 5 minutes from the hotel to the sea, there are many shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The city of Salou is beautiful, it is clean and safe, the beaches are big with a long promenade along it. At the end of June, the city was already a little busier, the season will probably be even more lively, but we like it, so we really liked it there. We definitely recommend the location and the hotel.

Great hotel very thing went well checked in and out good rooms nice lovely walk in shower pools where good too food ok plenty to eat free ice creams help yourself to soft drinks and beers very nice team very close yo shops and 5 mins from the small cove up the hill and 10 mins to big beach definitely go back and stay there bonus you get free safe in room

Fantastic 10 days spent here. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely soft pillows. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was very secure. Food was excellent - great choice. Great location - bus stop more or less opposite the hotel. Would definitely return.

Nice 4 star hotel, good choice of food, good location very close to the center and beaches, simple rooms, clean, comfortable mattresses, nice view from our room, helpful receptionists, can only recommend. Bus stop very close to the hotel.....

Really nice and clean hotel. Great location, everything is walkable from the hotel. Staff were hit and miss. The night staff (arrived st 10pm) were to be fair rude. Not helpful at all. Started us on a bad note. Room was spot on, good size with a balcony. Shower was literally a dribble though, no power at all. Room was cleaned daily to a great standard. The day staff were a lot better at reception, helpful and friendly. The pool area is great (2 areas). Bar at one of the pools. Bar staff weren't as friendly as used to but ok. Food was OK. Only had 1 evening meal in. All in all I'd return here ad no major issues at all

If you are looking for pleasant surroundings and excellent value for money then the Best Los Angeles fits the bill. We had a week all inclusive with excellent food choices, unlimited local drinks, tea, coffee, snacks and ice cream. The food was plentiful in a buffet style with different fish and meat choices each day. The chef also had a counter where he freshly cooked items. We like trying different foods so we were happy with the variety. Some may struggle if they only eat plain food however, there was always burgers, pasta, rice and chips on offer. The staff work really hard to ensure guests are looked after and the hotel is very clean. Note to hotel: a chart showing the variety of local drinks available (similar to the one for ice creams) would be useful on the bar. We only discovered part way through the week that a 'Baileys' was an option and I think other guests would find this helpful. We didn't spend much time in Salou, choosing to use the hotel as a base to visit Barcelona, Tarragona and Cambrils during our week. We would definitely return to the hotel if we decide to explore more of the Costa Dorada.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Double bed each and lovely soft bolster pillow. Bar staff friendly and activities available if wanted. Handy for lots of shops and bus stops to local resorts and further afield to Tarragona. Local markets daily
