Aparthotel Cye Holiday Centre

Was staying at cye apartment hotel, It was a lovely hotel staff area all great, we stayed for a week. We will be back. Is highly recommend cye apartment hotel great for family. Well was for mine. It's in the middle of everything not to much walking. Weather was great also.

We had an amazing holiday here last May and 100% want to go back again with our family! The location was incredible with multiple restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Beach was also very very near! The rooms were a great size, more than big enough for myself and my boyfriend. Super clean hotel with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. The pool was lovely too. All round great and would highly recommend for families, couples & friends!

Rooms are good. That is the only good thing! Honestly, there are better places to stay in Salou! Pool is tiny and dirty. No sunbeds! I was the only one up at 8am and the queue was massive, still didn't get a bed! I only wanted to read my book for an hour! Avoid!

Clean hotel is the best I could say about it. The war of the sunbeds is real, I was actually shocked. You need to get into a Que from 7 am to get a sun bed. The pool looks big in the photos but it is very small. The food is good but same choice for kids all the time nuggets and chips. I went full board and was a waste of money. Same food being put out all week. Some staff are lovely but the bar man and some of the staff in the restaurant would put me off the place. Will definitely never return here, there are much better places than here

Just home today after a very enjoyable week in the CYE holidays centre. Family of four two small kids. Hotel was ideal for us. First thing I'd like to commend is the cleanliness....it's absolutely spotless. Lovely clean smell all over the hotel and from the linen. Secondly the staff are amazing, especially the people working in the snack bar/bar and cleaning ladies. They all work so hard but have such a friendly welcoming attitude. So happy to be serving and full of chat. Food: first morning we sat downstairs and had buffet breakfast. It was very poor. We had just sat down an the bill was on the table for us €52!!! An we were asked to pay straight away. A better, fresher breakfast is available a few feet away at the snack bar...kid you not €9! The snack bar served fab food. We are there a good bit. Usual burgers, fish & chips, pizzas etc and they were all lovely. Entertainment was good in regards to kids. Pool area is lovely and spotless clean. The entertainment team out up inflatables, play water polo etc and it's brilliant. Outside area where entertainment is was lovely. Apart from people smoking an it blown onto me.. I'm an ex smoker but this was vile. I feel they could do a small bit more in regards to adults entertainment at ngt. Sitting around doing a quiz gets boring. And in between questions they play songs which would get you In great form and then back to listening to quiz master and silence. Even if it was for an hour I think it would add a better holiday atmosphere. We had a pool view room that was spotless clean and modern. Only problem I had was the sheets aren't changed all week. I find with heat, suncream etc they get grubby. Noise was never a problem for us, someone mentioned the Chairs on the balcony yeah it can be annoying but place is very quiet by 11.30. even balcony lights are turned off. I'd definitely recommend here to family & friends again. To round it off...Fantastic hotel, amazing staff but some light entertainment or music for adults would be great

We are just on our way home from such a lovely stay! The rooms were tidy, bright and clean, the staff were always happy to help and the hotel itself was just all round great. We did not go half board but did pay to eat one time at the buffet - that was not too our liking. The food was presented well with quite a lot of choice but just not what we enjoy. HOWEVER - the bar snack food was incredible and we probably ate something from there everyday. (Highly recommend the pizzas). I was sceptical after reading some reviews but I am so glad we went and would not hesitate to return. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the busiest part of Salou (but the beach and shops are only 3 minutes away at the bottom of the road). We also walked from the Hotel to portaventura which was only 30 minutes). We managed to get this hotel at a fabulous price especially with the majority of it being in the half term and we would definitely had paid more. Also, the entertainment is a one man band who puts his all into everything and makes sure all his guests are having a good time. (Not related to the Hotel itself, but if you are getting shared shuttle transfers from the airport be warned they will drop you off a 10 minute walk away from the Hotel meaning you have to walk up residential streets away from the main roads which is not fun when you have children, suitcases and no awareness of where you are.. especially at 3am like our drop off was) We look forward to returning in the near future!
