This will be our third consecutive year returning to the H10 Delfín. The hotel is truly top-class, offering excellent food, spotless facilities, and a team of staff who are not only professional but genuinely warm and welcoming. The location is ideal – right in the heart of Salou, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by lively bars, great restaurants, and plenty of shopping options. The staff deserve special mention – from Samantha Peyró and Manuel Dionisio to the reception team and the food and bar service staff – everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. From the moment you check in to the moment you leave, you’re made to feel like a valued guest. We opted for half board, and the food was consistently excellent, both at breakfast and dinner. There was a wide variety of dishes, with enough choice and variation to keep things interesting throughout our two-week stay. The hotel is kept in immaculate condition, with housekeeping servicing the rooms daily. There’s also entertainment available both during the day and in the evenings.

Check in was smooth and reception staff helpful and friendly. Explained the basics of the hotel and the amenities. Room was as good as what paid for. Comfortable bed,pillows and exceptional air-conditioning. Bathroom very modern. Towels changed regularly. Sheets not changed for the 5 nights we stayed but the beds were aways made. The breakfast was exceptional there was something for everyone. However the evening meal was a little hit and miss. Food very tepid and not replenished but could just about get by at a push. Overall this is a great adult only hotel and I would recommend to others. In a ideal location with shops,bars and supermarkets nearby. Thank you all for a pleasant stay

This is a very nice hotel even though frequented by a lot of British there is no cattle in the room which is essential and apart from the temperature of the large swimming pool the only reason it’s not five stars food was great lots of different things at breakfast, staff friendly and efficient without being to American about it. Lovely big lounge quiet library great pools but too cold although it was only May and the weather was not that good. Overall would recommend reasonably priced.

Great time at this adult only hotel. We are in room 506 with a pool view. Room is very clean and comfortable with a good shower. Breakfast is excellent with good choices of food, milk, juices etc. Dinner is slightly hit or miss but I am a very fussy eater. Always something to eat though. Bands are used instead of room card this also is used to pay for drinks etc if cash loaded on at reception. I can't comment on entertainment as we either went out after dinner or sat on our balcony.

Absolutely lovely time at hotel delphin,food staff entertainment all excellent cannot fault it. Big massive Thank you to the hotel staff and management ,I lost my passport and the team at the hotel were incredible the help they gave us was second to none x Thank you .

Had a fantastic holiday at H10 Delfin. We stayed for 10 days. The hotel itself is kept very clean and the staff are very friendly. The food is on the better side of most buffet styles we have experienced. I have enquired about booking directly for next year but nobody has got back to me!

Excellent 4 star hotel. Beautiful lobby and bar. Comfortable clean room with great shower. Hotel is in the center of everything, but is a quiet haven. Absolutely fantastic staff. There is only 2 lifts, which might be an issue for some. Overall an excellent experience. Breakfast was first class!

Beds weren’t changed on a regular basis leading to bed bugs and bites. The tv never worked either so we could check on what was going on in in our home country. Staff had negative attitudes leading to arguments everyday and not being listened to. Pools had coffee stained coloured filters and bugs swimming around in them. The food was vile majority of it was uncooked. As well as there was no theme to it or imagination. Lack of amenities there is nothing to do in the hotel and no one gives you any advice on things to do nearby. The gym and games room is tucked away in a back room which I only found on the morning of my last day which also had a rack of leaflets but again it wasn’t visible to anyone in reception. The only good thing was Ross the Jet2 rep he was very nice and helpful and understanding How it became a four star I’ll never understand it should be more like half a star.

All the staff gave excellent customer service were polite friendly and professional. Rooms were modern comfortable and clean. The restaurant had a good selection of food we stayed half board and was more than happy with the quality of the food. The location was very good close to beach and shop’s. Never had a problem getting a sunbed but preferred the roof pool. The entertainment was also excellent in the day time and the evening.
