El check in muy lento y mucha espera en recepción , y la hora d entrada las 16h es excesivo . Habitación de 10!! Elige hab con terraza. La cena y desayuno de 9!! Me encantó la cena asiática y q las bebidas estén incluidas . Piscinas ideales para niños !! Público muy de familias

We stayed at the Alannia for 4 nights 2 adults and 2 children bed and breakfast. When we arrived around lunch time our room was ready so we were able to check in. The room was nice the only thing I would say was the bathroom not been a separate area/room but other than that the room was nice, the pools were great and not too cold and great for the kids, the breakfast was nice and we had lots to choose from, the pizza from the bar was also nice, the staff were nice. The location was good 8 minutes drive from the theme park and a short walk to the shops and beaches. Overall nice short family trip. Would return.

I would probably rate it at 3.5/5 but didn’t give me the option for that. Pros - Pool and pool area was very clean and amazing for the kids. It has slides, bouncy slide and stepping stones so the kids are well entertained. Also has a smaller pool with slides for little kids and babies. Water was a little cold on cooler days but warmed up in the sun. - Food was mostly good and has some variety but we did find some days it was quite limited. The themed nights were great and had some really nice food on the Italian and Mexican nights - All staff we approached were nice and helpful but some with very limited English. - Rooms were cleaned daily with towels changed every other day - Location is good as it’s not on the main strip but only a 5 minute walk away from shops/restaurants - We didn’t really use the mini club or kids entertainment but looked like there was a lot of varied activities for the kids Cons - Rooms are very small and the walls are paper thin. There was a football team above us and we got limited sleep for a couple of nights because of the running around and going up and down stairs from neighbours. There’s almost no storage space in the rooms so they become cluttered easily. Toilet and bathroom in your room which isn’t great but was okay for us as our children are young. - Entertainment isn’t the best and mini disco didn’t start til 9pm which we found quite late. - Check in was long took 50 minutes in a reception that wasn’t air conditioned and then we were told that we couldn’t have a room until 4pm Overall an enjoyable stay and our kids loved their holiday
