Péssimo atendimento, tive uma das piores experiências no Hotel Malibu em Salvador. Cheguei na cidade para passar 1 dia e me hospedei no hotel pela proximidade com o aeroporto. Cheguei tarde n recepção e fui muito mal atendida eu e meu esposo ficamos na recepção por 40 minutos mostrando a nossa confirmação de reserva e o recepcionista nos deixou sozinhos lá e sumiu no hotel. Após isso fizemos o cancelamento e fomos para o Hotel Ibis
