B&B Villa Verde recensioner

breakfast was amazing, huge variety prepared by 1 person. Service was amazing too. I had a great stay, good location, just 10 minutes bus ride from central. the room is spacious and is well kept.

We had a wonderful experience in this B&B. The room was clean, which echoed with all the reviews here. You could experience the passion and perseverance of the owners in keeping everything not only neat and tidy, but amazingly dustless and spotless! If you look at the mirror, and the tissue box in the toilet, the level of shine and reflection is at its top! The bed was big and comfortable. The design of the room was modern. Tea and coffee are available inside the room. Breakfast comprised of a wide variety of fresh fruits chopped into small cubes and delicately put into little cocktail glasses, all sorts of bread, yoghurt, ham, spreads. Alex would welcome all customers warmly with offerings of coffee, tea and eggs that were made by him. I saw on reviews that he made perfect eggs and it was really true! The fried eggs that I ordered were prepared with crispy edges, what a morning delight! All the details and passion ( and the amount of time and dedication one can imagine) that this family put into this B&B deserve a 5-star rating. From its hardware to attitude, this is the best I have ever experienced as a tourist.

A short walk to town, this hotel has wonderful rooms and amenities. As an early bird, I love it when a hotel has coffee pots and offers quality coffee. The staff members are friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was a highlight and started our day off just right. We enjoyed a nearby Italian restaurant that the hotel owner recommended. The Christmas market and pedestrian shopping in town are wonderful. In summer, a nearby municipal pool would be refreshing.

I stayed at Villa Verde in Salzburg for 3 nights Sept 13-15, 2024. I selected this hotel because I was arriving by car and when researching Salzburg it became quickly apparent that parking can be challenging in that city. I arrived in the afternoon and there was plenty of onsite parking. The whole hotel and rooms are modern and super duper clean!!! I felt at home because aspects reminded me of my apartment back home. I also felt at home because the owners are very welcoming and friendly, you feel like you’ve known them for years! Walking to Salzburg is very easy from the hotel you just walk down the street hang a right go thru a pedestrian tunnel and you’re there in 15-20 minutes depending how fast you walk. I didn’t mind that at all as you walk through the local neighborhood and see daily life. They do offer breakfast every morning and they have many good options from eggs, deli meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereals, juices, water, fresh hot coffees, pastries, fresh baked breads etc. They also have a refrigerator with drinks you just write what you took. Lastly, I can say on this trip I have taken for almost 3 weeks driving from Zurich, Lindau, Füssen, Innsbruck, Salzburg, St Wolfgang, Ammersee, Konstanz that Villa Verde was my favorite. I will stay there again!

This small hotel was really perfect. It gave us what we were expecting. Nice clean room, excelkent breakfast and really nice stuff. The hotel has also great parking for its guests. If you go in sommer to Salzburg near Villa Verde is a great swimmig poil.

Solid 5 stars for this well-run B & B. The owners are a friendly, energetic, and very helpful couple. The location is a quiet, leafy street just a short walk from downtown - 20ish minutes for this old man. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were well-appointed. Breakfast was very fresh with a wide variety of dishes - all the standard items plus several fun variations such as flavored goat cheese yogurt. I highly recommend this charming B & B.

This is probably the best place we have ever stayed! Alex and Iris are great hosts, friendly and very helpful. Everything is perfect. The rooms are spotless, the toiletries luxurious, bed very comfortable, great to have tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was lovely, great choice, lots of homemade and local produce and my husband said it was the best omelette he'd eaten. Lots of information on things to do in Salzburg. 20 minute easy walk or quick bus ride into the old town to get to Christmas markets and other museums and attractions. Easy to get to from the airport. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Alex and Iris!

We spent three nights at the Villa whilst travelling through Austria. What a fantastic treat, the hosts, location and quality were all amazing. Twenty minutes walk into the centre of town, but a quiet location at night. Our hosts were excellent and were on hand to help with everything we needed and the rooms were spotless and well equipped. We knew that previous guests had raved about the breakfast and they were absolutely correct, the breakfast offered plenty of choice and Alex’s omelettes gave us a great start to the day. We cannot praise Villa Verde enough. We hope to pop by again one day.

We had an exceptional experience at Villa Verde. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and make a seclusions breakfast. They are helpful with suggestions of where to go ( and where not to bother going which is handy). We had a gorgeous room, everything was super clean and great amenities. The grounds are sunny and leafy like a little oasis. The location is a short pretty walk to town and there is public transport basically At the door if you want it. Would definitely stay again !

This is the best value accommodation. The location was so peaceful, just outside the town centre and close to the most beautiful park with a lake and mountains in the distance. The rooms are so comfortable with quality sheets and towels. The breakfast was on another level. Quality produce, much of it home made. I loved tasting all of the home made marmalades. Alex and Iris are such wonderful hosts. I really enjoyed chatting to Alex each morning. There is something special about this place.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. The rooms were modern and contemporary in style. Breakfast was fabulous with freshly prepared cold buffet choices together with freshly cooked eggs to order. The hotel is either an easy 20/25minute walk from the city centre or there were a number of very regular buses that were just a 5 minute walk away,
