The hostel is strategically located near the main station, with plenty of eateries around. The room is clean and comfortable, though check in took some time, because it's such a busy hostel, but each and every receptionists I dealt with throughout my stay were superb and helpful in every way!

Its service is good,friendly. Have a little nice kitchen can cook and hot pot.  Have refrigerated space for food, named your room and name on the bag. The hostel is really meaner center station,by walk just 4mins. To the shops and restaurants are nearby,by walk is 3 minutes.

Everything is perfecto except a snoring roommate. I booked 2 nights at this hostel. The location is just 10mins from Salzburg main (train) station. Facilities were clean & their staffs were friendly. The common areas were cozy and the atmosphere made it easy to meet other travelers. The only downside was my snoring roomate whom I found out he was at the wrong bed. The 1st night he started to snore from 10pm to 4am, non stop. The 2nd night from 1am till morning 🙄 His snoring made the rest of us a bit hard to sleep. If you're a light sleeper, bringing earplugs might be a good idea.

Normal option for a cheap short stay. Had some misunderstanding with a receptionist but then solved the problem through the management

I got to the hotel it’s literally right next to the main train station and it’s a 5 minute walk. From here you can go all over Salzburg. So the location is very good. Also when it comes to the price it’s reasonable. However I was not happy with the room cleanliness as I thought it was quite dirty and not cleaned properly. My room had cobwebs on the ceiling and dust underneath the bed. Also you need to book to get your room cleaned which I thought was absurd.

The location was near most of the sightseeing spots which was nice. The room was clean and as advertised. Since it is a hostel the night was quite noisy not to an unbearable degree still something to keep in mind.

NOT RECOMMENDED! NOT RECOMMENDED! NOT RECOMMENDED! VERY BAD SERVICE ATTITUDE! Receptionist lady took her sweet time on the phone and leave the guest to stand in front of counter. Dun even greet the customer. As know it is just a youth hostel, not to expect that they can provide professional service as a hotel. Unfortunately, it is just like a primary/ secondary school environment. In the evening, there is a kindergarten kids activity going on at the common area. And, some kiddos knocked the room door and running away. And, one of the technician was insisted to enter room to change shower head during my stay. If I could give a ZERO MARK will be best to them. Lastly, I would recommend trip.com user to book other hotel nearby but not this “prison” room.

Was really nice, although rooms are smaller than the other hostel in the city. There is a toilet and shower in the room, unlike the other hostel in the city. USB charging didn't work next to the bed or in the bar area, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff was rude. As we arrived early, we need to pay to store our luggage in the reception 😔
